 Lucy squinted her eyes meeting darkness, panic flew through the girl thinking she was in that room again from when she was captured but was quickly silenced when she felt a warm hand clutching hers, just enough so she couldn't be taken away but not strong enough to hurt her. Her heart clenched when she saw Natsu laying on her stomach hand not leaving hers, she smiled at the sight blushing slightly at his sleeping face chuckling.

 "He still keeps that cool face even when sleeping..." The demon opened his eyes being awakened by the girl's voice smiling like a child's first Christmas day being greeted by a tree filled to the brim with presents. His onyx eyes met hers as he spoke in a hushed tone to follow him grabbing the blondes hand, his wings grew out catching fire as they lit up the ink black night sky like a star in a dark lagoon. He flew out of the shrine passing the forest where they first met the waterfall she had gone to when Lucy had conquered the anger that took over her and the cave where there encounter took place. When the demon landed in a forest sheltered by cherry blossom trees..... except they lit up the night sky with glowing petals of a red shade of blood another being as yellow as the sun practically blinding you, a blue as deep as a coral reef and a shade as green as a seaweed grass. 

The colors illuminated the two as Natsu blushed seeing the girls astonished face her brown eyes having that same glint in her eyes as he loved the sakura trees petals each finding there way falling into her hair as she seemed to glow even brighter than the blossom trees around them. Wanting to stare at her longer he snapped himself out of it reminding himself of why he brought her here as he slowly started walking with her gently taking her hand. 

"Lucy.." he spoke softly his hair covering his eyes, as Lucy with a smile still spread across her face but a little confused as to why they were there glimpsed at him holding his hand back "Yes Natsu?.." when she called his name he twisted his head to her spinning her around claiming her glossy lips with his rough ones.

  As he released her his voice breaking "I-I'm so sorry.....I, that should have never happened. I shouldn't of l-let you go" he stopped for a second swallowing the lump in his throat "now that your back with me I promise I'll never let you go, I defeated my inner demon for another thousand years! And I'll even die with you....And even if you don't accept me back...I love you Lucy, I want to spend the l rest of my life with you." 

 Lucy widened her eyes at this her yes tearing up from his words a blush painting her cheeks as she looked up at the man before her silence engulfed her as she was speechless. Thinking he had been rejected Natsu turned away as he walked towards the entrance of the forest before he could walk farther away Lusy spun on her heals clutching him tightly "YOU IDIOT! You can't just say something like that without warning and walking away like that... I want to go on more adventures with you, I love You too!"

 The demon turned around at the words shock and relief overflowed him but the happiness he felt to hear those words blossomed inside of him as his heart fluttered like a new opened daisy in the midst of summer. As he lifted her up by the elbows as she gripped onto his muscular arms in shock as he spun her around like a baby girl twirling around with a doll his smile bigger than ever before as he spun her into his arms carrying her princess style as he gave a kiss to her blushing face leaving with these single words 

"hehe lets go on a never ending adventure Luce and have fun! ;)" She looked into his eyes smiling with a blush scattered on her face as she said gently

 "Okay"

  Hiho Everyone! so it's been a long journey with twists an turns but I'm afraid even the longest jorneys must come to an end. (Ironic considering that ending LOL)  It's been a wonder full journey and I ever so thank you for the votes comments and the fact that you read this silly story of mine! A lot of you actually wanted a different ending of the story so I will be wrighting a short spin off of it, but for those of you who won't be reading the spin off or any of my other stories (which I will be focusing more on) I thank you for reading and I hope you have a wonderful journey in life a long your way!

Side note: , So a critic just recenly expressed her concerns about the story saying this "Lucy met just today. She doesn't know anything about him other than his name. And if zeref wants natsu to like him he should just seduce him like Lucy did. And mavis is more like his slave then anything. Mavis is the most empowering character in the anime and manga series but shes more like a slave to zeref than his rival. I'm sorry for typing such mean and hurtful comments but with the grammer' you use I'm sure youm write a much better story. Take away the lust and sin from this story. Make it a fun story with adventure and romance. Not lust in every sentence. Use ur humourous childish side when writing the story. And be in the position of the character when writing it. Even though I just started writing my own fanfics I'm still a big critic. I know the hardships of writing fanfics and I'm sharing this advice with you not as a hater, but a fellow fanfictionist. All the best in ur story and plse don't make it a lustful story."

So in case anyone expressed the same concerns down below I will explain

Thank you again for telling me these things, and I'm honored you would take time out of your day just to critic what I wrote, I see what you mean about a fun adventure but this was supposed to be a dark story, and I found Lucy falling in love is actually a syndrome victims usually fall to when there captured (or in this case stuck with) in order to cope with the sudden change and sadness there trapped under. While Natsu became obsessed with lust and her beaty and mistook it for love, and this isn't the same Fairy tail in this story Mavis instead of dying she became a sort of 'pet' that his father satin gave his son since he was lonely and next in line for the title of satin. Mavis had been brain washed into being obsessed with Zeref. so of course shes not that strong leader any more. this isnt exactly a bright story
