Harley woke up to the blinding light in the hospital room. She looked around in confusion.
There was no doctor in the room, and it was dead silent. Harley looked at herself she had a broken left arm, a broken right leg, and she had cuts all over her. She looked terrible.
She started to remember why she was in here, the accident. The first thing she thought about was Bernie, was he okay?
A doctor finally came in. He saw she was awake and smiled.
"Doctor! Did the man that came in here with me, is he okay?" Harley asked. The doctor looked at her with sorrow in his eyes.
"No, Harley he died. His head was crushed and so were his  legs. There was nothing we could do, I'm sorry." The Doctor said. Harley felt her eyes well up with tears.
"I'm sorry for your loss." The doctor spoke then left the room.
Harley started crying, more than she ever did. First she lost her car,  boyfriend, and now her best friend. Harley was tired of this.
Harley cried and cried until the doctor gave her this medicine that made her calm down. She felt herself getting drowsy.
Then Harley fell asleep.

The next few days Harley was doing fine. The doctors said she could go back home today.
She had on her normal clothes, sitting in a wheelchair, and ready to go.
"Are you ready Ms Quinnzel?" A Nurse asked. She nodded.
The doctors called one of her closest friends/Doctor at Arkham, Pamela Isley. Harley waited for Pammy to get here, while doing so she noticed a doctor staring at her at a counter. He had a mask covering his mouth and a cap covering his head. It looked like he had just got done performing surgery. Then she saw Pammy walked through the door. She walked over to Harley and tapped her shoulder. Harley looked away from the doctor and smiled.
"Hey Red!" Harley smiled. Pamela and Harley hugged for a few seconds then let go.
"Alright, let's get you in the car." Pammy said. Then she pushed Harley to the car, carefully.
"Thanks Red." Harley said. Pamela smiled.
"Any time darling." Pammy replied.
