As soon as Gino left I went to sleep. I don't want to see Evan.
I felt my lips tingle from the kiss.
NOPE!
I actually didn't feel my lips tingle. In fact my lips feel like guilty little lips.
I should've at least known Gino for a little longer, but I mean apparently I've known him since elementary.
But Calum.
I can't get Calum out of my head.
WAIT!
Haha you thought I was serious.
I'm not some cliche fan fiction girl who's still obsessed with the leading boy.
I'm going to try to fall in love with Gino so that I can finally stomp on Calum.
He's moved on and is going to have a family in a few months.
A little early but you can't choose fate.
I'm going to accomplish everything that I want in life and then settle down.
Boys are not going to help me do that.
In fact I'm going to isolate myself from boys who are the opposing factor like Evan and Calum.
For now Gino is okay.
But even he is on a red flag.
*
I wake up to a loud bang and a chorus of "shushing."
I sit upright and grab my hammer.
Who needs guns?
I'm just going to let those muscles I never let the sun shine on be at good work today.
I tip toe to the living room crouching in my couch so I can see past the window.
I see an hooded figure.
And Evan.
Oh okay this is normal.
Not.
I open the window a little and press my ear to it. Hoping they don't see me in this awkward position.
"It's working!" Evan says quietly.
"Yes dimwit I know it is!"
"Are you ever going to reveal the secret to Calum?" Evan asks.
"Probably when he finds out which is soon."
"Clarissa you can say you had a miscarriage or something."
Clarissa and Evan?
"Evan it's bad enough I'm faking that I'm pregnant but I can't just do that."
"Look the deal was you fake that your pregnant and steer Calum away from Cia. We both have our dream partners and then we're done."
Clarissa slaps him angrily.
"You almost blew it. How could you attempt to kidnap her?"
"I couldn't hold it, I'm sorry Clarissa."
She snorts.
"Oh and what about your brother?"
"He's threatening me. He says he is going to tell Cia everything."
"And this brother knows Cia personally?"
"No! He's another liar. He's made her believe that they've known each other since elementary school. He literally just moved here with me."
I feel my head explode. I put my hand over my mouth as I gasp in disgust.
I know 4 things.
1) The whole Clarissa pregnant thing is a fake
2) Clarissa and Evan are trying to separate Calum and I
3) Gino is a filthy liar
4) I need to get my Calum back
***
Yo it's been a while.
So this was a little juicy fruity chapter.
And I haven't uploaded in a while bc I haven't gotten any views or anything like that.
No votes or comments and it's really discouraging me.
I hope that, that changes.
For now there isn't a sequel.
So yeah. That could possibly change but whatever.
