'"Like they said; 'all good things must come to an end'."
"Why did it have to be this," You'd ask me that day, the snowflakes of winter collecting in your chocolate colored hair—the very ones that once were combed through my fingers.
"Because we don't click anymore...We aren't happy around each other—we're awkward and uncomfortable." I had answered softly, my eyes glue to the ground so that I didn't have to look into those pretty blue eyes. Scared that I would regret what I had said to you and not go through with this...but this had to be done before we were hurt any longer.
I told you the reasons why when you continued to ask--but you insisted that it wasn't true and that we were happy. Were you blinded by denial?
"Please!" You had shouted, only making this worst for the both of us. "Don't do this! I-I love you!"
"Loved. You loved me, Daichi." I stated, finally glancing up to met watery eyes. "God, you're going to make me cry."
"T-Then don't leave me!" Grabbing a hold of both my hands, you lean me closer towards you so that my forehead rested on your's. "You don't have to cry if we're happy and together!"
"How many times to I have to say this to get it through your head?" I exclaimed, roughly slapping your hands out of mine and took a few steps back. "We are over, Daichi. Goodbye."
Yes...those were my final words to you...and honestly the weather wasn't the only on being cold that day.
So, I hope you can forgive me—because your hate will make me suffer more than anything...'
"...My god!" My mouth was grasping as I took in the last words of the fanfiction I had been reading for hours now. "How...HOW COULD THIS BE SO CHEESY YET SO SAD!" My hand curled into my sheets that were draped over my shoulders, tears started to trailed down my face.
This is so stupid--I still don't know what this story is even about! Wahhh, how could you make me cry, author, when I don't know half of what you've writ--
"KATE, SHUT UP! IT SIX IN THE GOD D__N MORNING!"
"Sorry mom," I called back, I could almost hear her mumbling on the other side of the wall before the room became silent again.
After a moment or so of my sniffling, I decided to look up at the window to see if the sun had come up--no surprise at all when I saw that it was.
Sighing, I pull up another tab on my desktop and go read another story. "Might as well read Yandere stories, since I'm clearly not sleeping tonight..."
You see, ever since I started researching Yanderes(all in the name of science, of course.) I'd come to notice I started reading a lot of fanfictions about yanderes...And I've come to understand why they are well-liked in the anime community. It also gives me an excuse to watch more horror anime....
