Callum had just finished teaching his class the new material they were covering and had handed out the accompanying work. Although the class was AP Maths, he knew that many of the students would still struggle with advanced algebra so he was walking around the class helping those who had raised their hands asking for assistance. As he neared the back of the classroom, he peered his head over Noah Scott's desk and as always was impressed as he was sat there with his worksheet nearly completed. "Mr Scott, I see you've flown through the worksheet, if you hand it to me when you're finished I can mark it for you now and I have extra worksheets with even more advanced material for you to take a look at." Noah just nodded his head at him.

"Mr Peters! This is impossible, why can't you teach me about mortgages instead?" Sasha a fiery student exclaimed at him. Callum laughed as he replied, "As much as I think teaching you about mortgages would be beneficial for you, Unfortunately I don't set out the curriculum Sasha, besides I had to sit through algebra when I was at school so it's only fair you do too."
"But Mr Peters that was back in the Stone Age when you were at school, we should move on with the times, throw out tradition," she sassily replied back.
"Very funny Sasha, I wasn't at school that long ago, if you're really struggling ask Noah for extra help," he told her.
"Mr Peters you're asking me of an impossible task," she whispered.
Callum just laughed at her and directed her towards Freya, another student who was at least understanding the work.

As he went back towards his desk and sat down, a worksheet was placed in front of him and he looked up to see Noah standing in front of his desk. "Ah Noah, here are the extra sheets, I'll mark this for you. Can you could stay behind after class so I can speak to you?" He asked him as he handed him the worksheet. Noah again nodded his head as he turned around and walked back to him class.

As the bell rang and the students walked out the class, various goodbyes were thrown his way and Callum looked up to see Noah standing in front of him again. "Excellent work Noah," he told him as he handed him his worksheet back with an A+ marked at the top. "Your ability to pick up maths is a gift which I'm sure many of your peers envy. Now I understand you had a meeting with the headmaster regarding your suspension and the tuition scheme?" Callum enquired. Noah nodded his head. "I want to assign you with my niece Isabella, she's a senior like you but she goes to Ridgestone academy. I know you excel at Maths but she's there to help you with your other subjects and the more time you have doing your work will be beneficial to you. In this file is all the details of the scheme and Isabella's details too, she has a similar file with your details and subjects, although your mobile number isn't on there so you'll have to ring her and make whatever arrangements you need to. You have to meet with her for an hour after school and at the end of the week she will report back to the headmaster on whether you're attending the sessions." Again Noah just nodded his head. "Before you go, I want to offer you a chance to get some extra credit in Maths, so I've put together this file, you can take it with you to your tuition sessions and if it's complete by Christmas I'll award you the extra credits."  Noah nodded his head and Callum dismissed him. He really hoped that he attended his sessions and took it seriously. He really hoped having more time doing school work would keep Noah away from getting into trouble away from school.
