It was school camp. The whole grade was there, but they say they didn't see anything. I saw everything. Every. Horrid. Thing.
Students filled the large milky white bus. There was chatter and laughs from everywhere around me. I couldn't see my boyfriend, Jeremy Lain. I just couldn't wait to wrap my arms around his muscular shoulders!
I chatted with my best friend, Gina, the whole trip.
Gina was very... confident. She wore things like a thin white tank over a bright blue bra (atleast she had something to flaunt) paired with denim shorts stopping at 4 inches down. Her blonde curls always swished loosely at her shoulders and her hazel eyes were caked with eyeliner. She rocked her look. She looked even more gorgeous every day.
I actually felt kinda jealous of Gina. She looked so beautiful while I had me straight chocolate brown hair and plain blue eyes. I never wore makeup. Maybe lip gloss every once in a while. I wore very nice clothes, I must admit. Floral dresses, trendy shirts...
I was very plain. I'm surprised I had such an amazing boyfriend. In fact, I was sure we were in love. I could see us getting married someday. I loved him.
No. I'm getting my hopes up.
I scanned my eyes around the bus to find Libitina staring at me.
Libitina was very weird. She gave off an eerie feeling whenever she was around. No one spoke to her. It was like she never existed. Her name was never mentioned; not even in role call.
She made me feel... angry and... hungry for something. It was like her presence brought out every shred of anger and hatred that layed under the surface.
She smiled sinisterly, as if she had read my mind through my eyes.
I turned away quickly, brushing off what had happened.
The students started quieting to a whisper and rushing to the windows. The bus turned into the dark abyss of trees and the feeling got stronger.
I didn't understand why I got angrier the further into the woods we got. The only thing that could explain it was... my schizophrenia.
I forgot to pack my medication!
The bus came to a sudden halt. The teacher, Mr Roberts, stood up.
"We're here!"
