After George asked me to the.....Mule Ball? Was that what it was called? I think so. Well, as I was saying, after George asked me to the Mule Ball, I was told to go to Moody's office, so I did.
"You wanted to see me professor?" I ask from the doorway at Moody, who was looking into some sort of glass frame. His one weird eye thing looks up at me, where his normal eye stays focused on the glass.
"Yes, Crouch. Take a seat." His eye looks at the seat across from his desk. Hesitantly, I walk over and sit down on the hard wooden chair, and stare at the ground. It is a much prettier sight than Moody's face.
An awkward silence fills the room, before Moody breaks it. "So Crouch, I bet your wondering why you're here." I nod. Why was I here? Oh crap! He was probably going to scold me about ditching classes. Well, this is the end of me.
"I want you to stay away from that Weasley boy." He grumbles finally. Did I hear him correctly? It sounded as though he said to stay away from George.
"Could you repeat yourself professor?"
"I said to stay away from that one Weasley. The twin."
My eyebrows raise. I was not expecting that. "Er....why?"
Why does he care of my relationship with George....wait! I don't have a relationship with Weasley! The only reason I accepted is offer to go to the ball with him is so I wouldn't have to go alone. Yes, that's it. I hate Geo-Weasley. He's Weasley, not George. I can't call him George, sense he's not my friend.
"He's a blood traitor." He explains simply. "I don't want you developing a relationship with the wrong sort."
My eyebrow raises in confusion. The wrong sort? And WHY does he care about who I hang out with? He's not my dad.....well, my father doesn't really care who I hang out with. As long as it's not Voldemort, he's fine. Yet another reason I support the Death Eaters.
Weasley was right when he said that Moody was not normal, though. "I don't understand professor. Weren't you an Auror? Didn't you fight against those people?"
"That's not the point. You stay away from Weasley. Now get out of my office Crouch."
Well that was weird.
