"Hi Jayson.", I said after meeting up with him in the hallway the next day.
"Hey.", Jayson replied. "So why do you need an after school job?"
"My dad got fired."
"WHAT!!", Jayson shouted.
"Yeah he got fired. Why did you have to sound so surprised?"
"Never mind that- Peter's Perfect Pancakes is hiring.", Jayson explained.
"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go there."
When we arrive at Peter's Perfect Pancakes, we told the person that gives the menus (I have no idea what they are called) that we wanted a job as waiters. Jayson and I did the interviews.
"Both of you are hired you start on the job tomorrow.", Peter, the boss, explained.
When Jayson and I get to Peters Perfect Pancakes the next day, we get our uniforms from Peter. Peter told us where we would serve.
Around 6:30 Clyde walks in. When I find out he is in my area, I go over and serve him as if he was a regular customer.
After I take Clyde's order, he stuck out his foot and tripped me.
When I turn around, Peter's face is next to mine.
"You're fired!", he screams.
