After 4 long periods it was lunchtime. Jayson and I sat at the table in the corner of the cafeteria, like every day. Usually it's just Jayson and I. Today was not a usual day.
Instead of sitting at the cute girl table (That most of the boys stare at.), Maggie sat right next to me.
"What should I do?" I ask. "I already tried an after school job."
"You should work at my mom's store.", Maggie says.
"What's your mom's store?", Jayson blurts out.
"The Food Court.", Maggie replies. "My mom needs more cashiers."
"Guys, when are your free periods?" I ask Jayson and Maggie.
"Mine's last period.", Jayson replies.
"Same here."
"Okay, meet me in the library during last period."
"Okay.", Maggie and Jayson say in unison.
