chapter:3 did you have fun dom dom?

Once class was over I headed straight to the cafeteria. Dominic was already by the door waiting for me. "Hey". He says nervously. What's he so nervous about? "Hey I want pizza for lunch so let's get out of here and go to a pizza place." I suggest. his eyes go wide and he starts to splutter. "Y-you mean as in ditching school?". He squeaks. I nod and say "it's not like they have it here in this shitty place. Now let's go!" I laugh and grab his hand. He starts tugging at my hand signalling for me to stop. "W-wait! We can't just leave the school Haydn." He says as I look at him with amusement.  "Yes we can! Don't tell me you've never ditched before." I laugh. "Y-yes I have! Plenty of times. I'm the king of ditching. I'm never in any of classes. Psh." He lies. I gave him an 'seriously' look as I turned to look at him. "You were in first hour this morning." I say with a raised eyebrow. "Only because you were in it." He says smugly with a wink. I laugh at him and shake my head. "Seriously, skipping for the first time may be scary but I'll make it fun for you. We can skip the rest if the day and go to an amusement park." I say with a smile. Sade will have my head if I don't bring her along. He thinks about it and then finally nods. "Yes! Let's go I'm hungry!"

"Where are we? You said we were going to an amusement park not to an elementary school." Dominic points out. I don't know if I'm actually aloud to get my sister out of school early but I'm gonna try. "we are going to an amusement park. I just need to get my sister. She'd be so mad at me if I don't bring her along." I explain. "Won't you guys by your mom or dad or something?" I tense as he mentions my mom and dad in one sentence. "Let's just get my sister." I say quietly avoiding his gaze. I get out the car before he says anything but that doesn't stop him.

"Hey did I do something wrong?" He asks as he catches up with me. I stop and sigg as I turn to face him. "Don't worry about it." I say with a smile that didn't reach my eyes. He gave my that look that said 'really? I don't believe you'. "I know that smile is fake." He says and then his face softened. "I know we just met but I'm here for you. If you need anyone to talk to I'm here." I look at him with hesitation before replying. "Thank you. No one has ever said that to me before." I say with a smile which makes him smile too. It's true. No one has ever stopped to talk to me. They always stare and whisper. "No problem." I look away from him and start walking towards my sister's school.

"Hi I'm here to pick up Sadie Martinez." I say to the lady at the front desk. she gives me a questioning look so I say "I'm her sister." "Are you eighteen young lady?" She finally decides to reply. "Um no but I'll be eighteen next year." "Sorry you need to be eighteen to check people out." I sigh and say 'thank you ' and walk out. "What're we gonna do now?" Dominic asks. I turn and give him a wicked smile. "Oh no I don't like the look on your face."

"I knew that look was no good." Dominic mumbles to himself. "Oh hush goodie goodie. You're gonna get us caught." I whisper yell at him. I found out that my sister is at recess currently because I can see her by herself kicking rocks. "Sade! Sadie!" I whisper yell at her. She turns her head in our direction and smiles once she sees me. "Get over here." She runs to us and asks "what are you doing here?" I smile and say "we're busting you out of here. Now hurry and climb this little short fence before anyone notices." She nods and quickly climbs the fence. "Where are we going?" She asks with a wide grin on her face. Before I can answer Dominic decides to have his say In all of this. "What in the actual fuck. You guys are nuts! What kind of seventeen year old girl busts out a little eight year old from school?!" He asks with wide eyes. I face him with an amused smirk on my face. "Woah the goodie goodie cusses. Is my rebelness rubbing off on you?" Sadie finally notices Dominic and asks "who is this dude?" I turn to my adorable little sister and answer her question. "This is..." I turn to look back at Dominic unsure if we're friends or not. "We're friends right?" I ask him. He nods so I turn to face sadie again. "This is my friend Dominic. He's coming with us to an amusement park." I say with a smile. Sadie jumps with excitement and hugs me while saying 'thank you thank you ' all over again. I chuckle and hug her back. "No problem. Now Let's go before anyone notices that you're gone."

Sadie laughs as Dominic is giving her a piggy back ride. "This day was so awesome thanks for bringing me along Haydn!" Sadie yells. Probably shouldn't have let her eat two bags of cotton candy. What's done is done. I chuckle and look at Dominic. "Dom Dom did you have fun?" I ask him with a smile. "Hate to admit it but this was really fun. Thanks." he says with a smile that had my insides turning. Ew. Why did I imagine that? "No problem. Thanks for joining."

"Hey can you drop me off back at school? We kinda left my Jeep there." He asks while rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah. Sade get down so we can go." She whines but gets down.

"Thanks for the ride and everything." Dominic says before getting out of my car. "Bye Dom Dom! Nice meeting you!" Sadie yells From the back seat. Dominic chuckles at the Nick name we gave him and gives her a hug. "Nice meeting you too kiddo. I hope to see you around." He gives her a smile and a wink which makes her blush. "Bye Haydn see you tomorrow." He says. "Bye Dom Dom." I reply with a smile. "Haydn you have a cute friend." Sadie says once Dom is in his Jeep driving away. I laugh at Her and say "i know" which makes her giggle.

I look at sadie with a serious face. "Sade when we get home run straight to Your room ok? The bitch is having her 'friends' over so I need you to lock your door until I give the secret knock ok?" I say while air quoting the word friends. She nods so I start driving home. We had our fun now it's time to face the music. It's not good music either.
