He is a serious cat, but he do love to play pranks on others when he is in a good mood. Although he seems bold and headstrong, he is secretly afraid of the dark.

Claypool, for he keeps himself like a pool, he is secretly afraid of the dark but he tries not to let the others know. He was a trickster in the 'paw days, but now he is quiet and will only pull pranks on attacking cats or animals.

[2] OtterClan | Clayleap
OtterClan decided upon Clayleap because he will leap and bound like a bright, proud cat. Although he may stumble and fall, although the darkness may wrap tendrils around his paws and trip him up, he'll shake it off and climb back up. He's lighthearted and determined to jump as high as he possibly can. However, he is sensible: when he understands it is serious business, he'll adjust his bounds to he shorter, tamer, evener. When the worry and seriousness is over, he'll relax again, and he'll bounce and leap until he touches the sky. Clayleap also sounds nice on the tongue.

[3] MorningClan | Claylight
We chose Claylight because light can vary greatly in many ways. Sometimes it can shine down very steadily, without differing much in brightness and direction. As Claypaw is a serious cat, he will most likely avoid straying from his own path and doing unnecessary things, like the light. But light can also be very unpredictable, and sometimes, when combined with heat, will create mirages, which is sort of like nature's way of pranking our eyes. When Claypaw is in a good mood, he loves to play pranks on others, which pertains to the explanation of the mirage. Light can also dazzle down very strongly, sometimes blinding us, like how Claypaw appears bold and headstrong. And we all know that light contrasts with the dark - in nature - and that they are mutually exclusive, which is like Claypaw's fear of it.

[4] OnyxClan | Claystorm
OnyxClan chose the name Claystorm because, like a storm, his moods can shift from being calm and clear to hyper and unpredictable. Claypaw is also like a storm because, on the outside, he is bold and strong, but on the inside, he is flawed in his fear of the dark, such as the eye of the storm.

[5] SwiftClan | Claycurrent
SwiftClan chose Claycurrent because Claypaw's personality is very different at times, similar to a flowing current. A current can flow, drain and go at crazy directions; never setting a permanent one. His cream fur also resembles a fast flowing current: the bubbling white bubbles. Currents can be big and wide, providing needed water, like his seriousness but can also be small and thin, like the other less serious and scared side. Currents can break through small dams and debris, resembling his headstrong personality.

[6] RavenClan | Claymask
We chose Claymask because he masks his true self. He seems bold and headstrong, but below the mask, he is afraid of the dark.

[7] StormClan | Clayshadow
We picked Clayshadow because a shadow sometimes tricks others, like how Claypaw plays pranks. It can also differ throughout the day, like how Claypaw is somewhat different depending on his mood. Claypaw is also afraid of the dark, but acts like a shadow, just blending in, so not many can find out he is afraid of the dark.
