Where He Proposes (Ashton Only!)

Your POV!-

I opened my eye shadow palette and I began applying it. Today I was going on a date with Ashton. He won't tell me where we are going, but I trust him.

When I finished my eye shadow I put on some lipstick. I cleaned up all the edges and made sure everything looked good.

I nodded slightly at my appearance and walked downstairs. I slipped on my heels and sat down on the couch. Ashton was supposed to be here at 6. But it was 5:30, so I was ready early.

After an episode of Y/f/s, I heard the doorbell/a knock at the door. I got up and flattened my dress out. I walked over to the door and opened it to reveal a happy Ashton.

"Hi Ashton!" I said smiling. He looked down at my outfit, "Wow. Y/n, you look really good. But remember you're mine." I giggled and took his hand.

"I know, Ash. I'll always be!" I thought he said something under his breath, but I brushed it off. "Ok, you ready to go?" He asked. I nodded and grabbed my purse.

We walked outside and I walked to the passenger side of his car. But Ash opened it like a gentleman. I blushed and he shut the door before running to the driver's seat.

He got in and started the engine. "Alright, here we go!" He pulled out of my driveway and started driving. We talked for a while before he pulled into a gas station.

"Uh, you need gas?" I asked, confused why we were at a gas station. He shook his head, "No, but I want you to put this on." He said while handing me a bandana.

"On my head?" He shook his head again, "No, over your eyes silly!" I looked at him weird, "Why?" He sighed, "Because what I have planned for you is a surprise. Oh! Also, don't worry! The date isn't here!" I smiled and put it on, with Ashton's help.

I said, "Where are going?" He laughed, "I'm not telling you! It's a surprise, we'll be there in about 10 minutes." I looked at him, or in his direction, "Hey! So I have to sit here, blindfolded for 10 minutes?" He laughed and said, "Yep!"

So I did exactly that. He drove for about 10 minutes, although it felt like forever. Then he stopped the car, "Ok, I'll help you out." He got out and I heard my side of the car open.

He picked me up bridal style and set me on my feet. He shut the door and led me somewhere. "Ugh! Ashton! How far is this surprise?" It felt like we have been walking for an hour.

"It. Is. Right. Here!" He said in between breaths and trying to not run me into a tree! "Isn't it beautiful?" I rolled my eyes even though he couldn't see.

"Really Ash? I'm still blindfolded." "Oh, yeah!" He took of the blindfold and I saw a beautiful picnic set up next to a beautiful lake.

"Ash." I breathed out. "Do you like it?" I looked at him, "No, I don't." I saw his face drop and I smiled, "I love it!"

He let out a sigh of relief and said, "Let's eat!" We sat and ate and the food was REALLY good!

"Ash, this is amazing. You didn't have to do all this, I'd be happy with a pizza date!" I giggled. He smiled at me, "No, I didn't have to. But I wanted to, only the best for you!"

I blushed, "You're so cute!" He looked at me in disbelief, " What?! I'm not cute, I'm manly." He said while flexing.

I laughed, "Sure." After a little while Ashton stood up, "Ok, let's go." I looked at him, "Where?"

He turned around and pointed to little boat on the lake. I smiled and stood up with him. He helped me into the boat and then got in himself.

He then started to wobble and then started to fall. I thought the boat would tip over, but thankfully it didn't.

"Oh my gosh, Ash are you o-" I stopped my self and my hand flew to my mouth. I knew that pose, everyone does!

He was in the proposal pose, and he had a ring!

"Y/n, you make me the happiest man alive. I knew when my eyes met yours, we were meant to be. I love you so much and I can't imagine not spending the rest of my life with you. Do you think you can answer one question for me?"

I nodded, "Will you marry me?" I smiled and nodded, "Yes! I will marry you!" He stood up and we shared a passionate kiss.

He pulled away and put the ring on my finger. "I love you so-AHH!" The boat tipped over and Ash and I were thrown in the water.

We both burst into laughter. "Well, at least we will have an unforgettable proposal!" Ashton laughed. I laughed, "Yep!"

I am so happy that I will be spending my entire life with Ashton.
