Chapter 8

Nikalus' POV

I sat there. Just...looking at her. She wasn't only hot but beautiful. With her jacket off, she was wearing a crop top under it. The crop top hung onto her like a second skin that shows off all her curves. You could tell quite easily that she was annoyed with the amount of guys that keep hitting on her.

"Nik? Hello? Earth to Nik?" said Xavier whilst snapping his fingers in front of my face. I swatted his annoying hand away from my face and focused on the food in front of me. Yes, we were in lunch and I was sitting with Xavier and Kol.

"Looks like somebody has a crush...." sang Kol in a horrible pitch. I groaned and whacked him upside the head.

"Will you shut up? And no. I don't have a crush." I stated and rolled my eyes. The boys looked at each other and shared a knowing glance before bursting into fits of laughter. I looked at them in pure frustration and agitation.

"Yea sure you don't. Xavier was talking to you and you just started staring at....um....what was he staring at?" He tried to say it but didn't know what to say. Xavier groaned and banged his head against the table a few times before re-stating Kol's point.

"As this idiot was saying....I was talking to you then you ended up spacing out and staring at the girls table. What's up with that? Do you like one of them?" Xavier asked with a devious smile. What is it with people thinking that I like those girls? Sure they're all hot but Amelia stands out the most..... And if anything it should be them having a crush on me, not me having a crush on them. Wait no, snap out of it Klaus. You DO NOT like any if them. They are just hot girls in high school. But....they are different from other girls...UGH!

"Nik!" exclaimed Xavier. Kol was busy laughing his ass off. Xavier looked like he wanted to punch me. Oops, my bad. I shrugged Kol's gesture off and acted innocent.

"Yes, Xavier? What was that you were saying?" I said innocently whilst rolling my eyes. Xavier looked at me devilishly and got up asking me to follow him.

"Mikealson, could you come with me for a minute?" Xavier requested mischievously. Oh no...What is he up to? I got up hesitantly and followed him.

I wasn't sure where he was going but I was sure that it wasn't the exit.....instead it was the....GIRLS TABLE!

Ok, no no no. I am not going there especially after our last 2 encounters and how she wrecked me with her words and her body...damn I have to stop this.

I could probably slowly walk backwards without Xavier knowing but I was stopped by Kol who was walking behind me. They planned it. Wonderful! Note the sarcasm.

I internally groaned and put my cowardice aside and walked ahead of Kol and Xavier, and approached the girls table with ease.

Amelia's POV

"Psst, Amelia. Hottie 3 o'clock." whispered Alaina and Jade winked. Typical girls. I rolled my eyes and just then I felt hands covering my eyes from behind.

"Who is it?" mystery guy whispered in my ear as his hot breath fanned the back of my neck causing goosebumps to appear. I contemplated on whether answering mystery guy with a trick of my own or elbow him. The latter didn't sound that bad but I was going to go with the first option.

I raised both of my hands and entwined them around mytery guy's neck while my legs were now in a crouching position and I quickly swung my legs and wrapped them around mystery guy's waist.

Immediately mystery guy let go of my eyes and place his hands on the bottom of my thighs, steadying me. My vision was a bit blurred and was still adjusting to the light. I heard some girls gasp and I knew Scarlett and Angel were stifling in their laugh.

My vision cleared and when I saw mystery guy, I was shocked but he just smirked.
