Chapter 5

*Adalee's outfit💞*

Lucas and I were taking a walk down the neighborhood. "It's a nice day in New York. It's usually a mix between sunny and rainy." Lucas said, I
felt a cool breeze that felt good. I took a sip of my G Fuel mix of Tropical Rain and FaZe Berry, Lucas had a G Fuel mix of Tropical Rain and Peach Mango.
We stopped at a crosswalk, "Have you tried this mix?" I ask, and looked at Lucas.
"Yeah, it's pretty good." He said, smirking.
"Pretty good?!?! It's wonderful!!!" I said smiling at him.
"I like you."
"What?" We started walking again.
"You heard me," he looked straight ahead not making eye contact. "I really like you. And I might love you." I stopped, he looked back at me and started walking towards me.
He cupped my face, I was speechless. "You're beautiful." Lucas leaned down closer, our lips were an inch apart. Finally, we kissed. Our lips started moving in sync, I didn't think anyone was watching us thank god but this kiss felt good. He wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer making me jerk forward (hopefully that doesn't sound weird). We stopped and Lucas looked straight at me. "Adalee Winters, will you be my..."

Fuck.

    I woke up to the sound of guys running down the stairs and up the stairs and slamming doors and I knew it was gonna be a busy day. Since they're youtubers, they make videos everyday... That means cameras are everywhere and it did not go so well when I'm in like a shot of the video, or even the corner of one. My door creaked open and I saw Nick peek his head out of the door but closing his eyes. "You're not naked right?" He asked making sure.
    "Nope." I responded stretching in my bed and yawning. He swung the door open and jumped onto my bed to lay on me; we were face to face around four inches apart. "What do you want?" I just wanted to sneak a peck on his lips but I didn't and tried not to.
    "Cheo cooked breakfast, egg and cheese bagel." Nick said laying face down next to my head, but yet still laying on me.
  "Okay, I'll be there. Just let me get changed. What do you want to do today?"

  "You wanna just like hang out here, you and me? We can walk over to 7 Eleven and grab some snacks. The FaZe boys are gonna be all over the place, I'll maybe vlog-"

  "Don't include me in the video please." I ask politely, combing my fingers through Nick's messy hair. He was in a regular tee and some joggers, I swear I felt a bulge. 

     "Don't worry. I won't include you in my vlog. Now go get dressed, I'll be downstairs. I love you." Nick said chuckling a bit and pecking my cheek about ten times.

  "Love you too. Now get out!" I said sitting up and pushing Nick off my bed, he got off and closed my door.
  I reached into my luggage and grabbed a pink pastel sweater and ripped black skinny jeans. I put on my socks and headed to the bathroom to put my hair into a plain high ponytail, put on my earrings and choker. I stopped by Jakob's room, "hey what's up?" I ask, still at the door waiting if I can come in.
   "Nothing much. Just texting Meghan, my girlfriend and playing CS:GO for some clips." Teeqo replied, I can tell he was focusing on the screen more.
"Well, see ya Jakob! I'm going downstairs." I said heading out but really going to Lucas' room.
I knocked on the door, "Yes? Who is it?" He asked.
"It's Adalee."
"Come in." I opened the door slowly to see Lucas in his gaming chair, maybe editing a video he made.
"Hello, Blaaazziiikeeen." I said greeting him, making sure I said his gamer tag loud and long and clear.
"How do you know my gamertag was that?" He turned slightly towards where I was standing and looked up at me.
"Why didn't you tell me that was your tag?" I ask, I was sort of angry I guess because of last time. I mean, it wasn't bad I beat him it was just he thought I was a guy and he trickshot on me for the round ending kill cam, and everyone in the lobby was so hyped. I don't know, I tend to make big deals about small things.
"But for real, how'd you know?"
"I posted a picture of you. And everyone was commenting like 'WOAH ITS BLAZIKEN!?!?!' And shit like that." I sat down on his bed, his room was smaller than mine; Alex told me that the room I was staying in was Apex's old room.
"Oh okay." Lucas said while nodding. "Anyways, have you seen this sick dude? His youtube and gamer tag is 'EliTeX'. He's a pretty sick guy, even beat me in a 1V1 match; 1V1 is where people in a game go against each other, just two people going at it." -I know what a 1V1 match is. And EliTeX is a she/her SLASH ME. Plus that's my youtube channel I abandoned two weeks ago because I never had time to edit and record clips. But I understand since I don't have a fucking microphone, so I'll just go with it.
   "Uh huh. That's pretty sick." I said nodding my head and just going with the flow.
  "I'll show you a clip." Lucas said and turned his chair to face the computer. I got up from his bed and sat in the gaming chair next to him, the dream I had kept roaming in my head. Lucas scooted closer to me; so close that our arms were touching and the chairs intersected.

   He pressed the play button, and it started playing. All I heard was my sucky intro and then it shifted to my quick scope game play on Modern Warfare 2. I tried not cringing because I sucked at editing back then, but it seemed like Lucas was enjoying it for some reason. I look at him and see he's enjoying it, I drifted off staring at him. But then... BAM!! Lucas jumped in his chair and yelled, "STINKER!!!!!!" I jumped up a little bit, it was like a jumpscare. I looked at the screen and see I was attempting a trickshot but finally after two tries I finally hit it.
    "Hell yah! I should like text Tommy and say to recruit this guy. Like damn." Lucas said, grabbing his phone. I didn't want him to do that, so I thought of something to stop him.

  So... I held his left hand with my right.
He blushed a little and looked surprised. Lucas turned his head slowly to look at me. I was afraid of what he was gonna say. "You wanna go hangout?" He said, still wide eyes surprised.
    "Maybe tomorrow." I said smiling. The door knocked and I let go of Lucas' hand. It was Nick... Shit.
  "Adalee? Why are you here? You're bagel is getting cold." He said looking at me with his soft brown eyes. I couldn't resist, so I got up and went downstairs with Nick.

  I went into the kitchen to see Cheo, Nordan, and Nikan just chilling there. "Why are you blushing?" Nikan asked me while I tried grabbing my bagel.
    "Maybe Nick and her had a make out session! And it got HOT!" Alex yelled from the living room, Nick and I blushed.

  Nick went over to Alex and started tackling him. "Shut the fuck up!" Nick yelled, we knew they were being playful.
    "But seriously why are you blushing?" Cheo asked, I tried thinking of an excuse but all I saw was Nordan making kissing faces, raising his eyebrows, and hip thrusting the air.
  "It's really warm upstairs." I made an excuse, and took a bite of my delicious healthy breakfast. 
"Mmhmmm." The three of them hummed in unison. I just wanted to punch all of them in the face, but I still feel like they're really going to be great close friends of mine.

Lucas' POV

   After Adalee, went downstairs... I thought deeply.
Maybe I like her. She's really pretty, her hand is so small it's so cute. The way she scrunches up her face! It's so adorable.

But her and Nick might have a thing... Nick is like the brother I never had. He's been with me since we were two. It'll be messed up to take his girl.

I don't know.

   I sighed deeply and just started editing, and tried to get my mind off of all of this. But Adalee's name keeps popping up. So I stop editing once again and grabbed my phone... I didn't want to do this but she's so precious.

I'm gonna lurk her social media.
