Author's Note: This fanfic is set after Regionals but before Finn breaks Rachel's nose. I do not own Glee or any of the characters in this fan-fiction except for my own original characters, Jasper and Xander. Chapter One The glee club had been practicing for two hours now for Nationals and Mr. Shue finally let them take a twenty minute break since some, especially a certain Latina cheerleader, were testy. The glee club members blew a sigh of relief and were sprawled on all corners of the auditorium. Brittany lay on her girlfriend Santana's lap while Kurt and Mercedes were sprawled on top of the piano.
Even Rachel Berry, whose energy could power two Suns at a time, was sweaty and tired. Her brown hair was in a tight ponytail and she wore a matching crop top and leggings which were black with a design of white roses on their stems. On her feet she were black and white sneakers. All in all, she looked quite cute. Some of the boys were staring at Rachel since her slim, fit, tan stomach was showing and the leggings seemed to show her great body. She was quite flexible during those hard dance moves from all those gymnastic classes and hours she's spent at the gym.

Most of the girls were wearing a slim tank top or sports bra and short shorts. Others, like Tina and Mercedes, wore a t-shirt and pajama shorts. Kurt wore a sweatshirt and sweatpants though the sleeves of the sweatshirt and bottoms of the sweatpants were bedazzled with pink glimmer. The rest of the boys wore shirts with cut-off sleeves and baggy shorts.
As Rachel wiped sweat with her pink towel and took a drink of water from her water bottle, her iPhone blasted I Love You by Avril Lavigne and the screen flashed the name Jasper in bold, black letters with the picture of Rachel and said boy kissing. Rachel picked up her phone and pressed the green Answer button.
"Babe?" Rachel answered excitedly. Some glee clubbers raised their eyebrows while the others ignored it, knowing full well that call of Rachel's was her business only.
"Hey Rae. I am outside now." Jasper said as he leaned his red Lexus.
"Awesome! I'll just pack my stuff. I need to get something from my locker before we go." Rachel said as wiped sweat from her forehead.
"Okay. Do you want me to come inside?" Jasper asked as he grabbed his wallet and stuffed it in his locker before grabbing his keys and locking his car.
"Sure! I'll see you soon." Rachel said as stuffed her her water bottle and towel in her bag.
"See you soon. Love you." Jasper said as he thought of his girlfriend's face and her soft lips. He hadn't missed his girlfriend all day and wasn't going to wait another hour for it.
