"Under arrest? Are you kidding me?! This is just a game for crying out loud!" Alethra laughed.

The man in charge of Alethra's capture narrowed his eyes. "Come quietly or we will kill you and simply arrest you while you're kicked out of the game."

Alethra rolled her eyes. "Like that'll ever happen. Just leave me alone, I'm in a rush right now." She stated, beginning to leap away again. Another arrow whizzed by her head, annoyed, Alethra grabbed the arrow before it passed her. "Dark Shot!" She shouted, throwing the arrow at the man who shot it. The general sliced the arrow in half using his sword. "In a rush doing what, exactly? Murdering more innocent people?" He hissed, the hate completely noticeable in his voice.

Alethra looked down at the ground, guiltily, for one second. "They weren't innocent. And besides, they didn't actually lose their life! It's only a game!" She shouted.

The general grit his teeth. "If it's only a game, why did you kill them? Why are you running away from what you've done? Why do you hide yourself away in the shadows like a coward!?" He shouted.

Alethra smiled. "Coward? If I was a coward I'd be long gone by now. If I was a coward, I wouldn't even be playing this game!" She shouted, making some of the army members flinch, "No. I'm not the coward here. You are. All of you! Hiding behind armor, pretending you know what people are going through, don't you get it?! You're the ones who are hiding behind Zeth and the Order of Light!" Alethra stated, biting her bottom lip in frustration.

The army members glanced around at eachother, nervously. Most of them thinking over Alethra's words. "You liar! If you aren't a coward, than why are you running from the Order of the Light? Why do you keep running from us? You are afraid! I can see it in your eyes." He hissed.

Alethra froze, her head down. She raised it up for everyone to see. Written in her deep brown eyes was determination, courage, pain, and like the commander said: fear. Alethra brushed her dark black hair out of her face and took a deep breath. " I am running because there is someone who needs my help. And I will help them no matter what, even if that means I have to defeat all of the Order of Light's troops. Even if it means I have to defeat Zeth himself." She loudly stated, her voice echoing throughout the forest.

The commander of the army narrowed his eyes. "Zeth will never lose to you. None of us will!" He shouted.

Arrows were shot at Alethra, at least fifty at a time. Alethra narrowed her eyes at the army, and smiled. "You had your chance. Forgive me." And with that, she jumped from the tree, and ran head on at the army.

She was attacked by all of them all at once. The defenders blocked her attacks, the archers shot arrows that were hard to dodge, and to make the situation worse, spellcasters were attacking her with all sorts of powerful spells. Alethra grit her teeth, there was no way that she could possibly be able to defeat them. At least, not  all of them at the same time. Alethra took a deep breath. "Dark Reach." She chanted, seriously. Large hands entirely made of shadows shot up from the ground. The hands started hitting all of the arrows away from Alethra while she fought. "Shadow wave!" She shouted. A wave of shadows shot towards the army, but the defenders were able to stop it! "Flame shower" "rock bullet" "tidal shot" spells were being casted all around as the spell casters attacked Alethra with their magic. Alethra dodged all of the attacks by climbing the trees, and by using attacks of her own as defenses.

"Urgh! I don't have time for this!" Alethra shouted angrily, "Camouflage!" She chanted.

She disappeared, eventually reappearing right in the middle of the army. "Nightmare Illusion!" She yelled. All of the army members were trapped in an illusion of their worst nightmare. Alethra picked up the skill one time when she had defeated a shade. Only high leveled players that know it's just an illusion can escape. While the army members were in a trance, Alethra started draining their health one by one.

"Light daggers!" Someone shouted. Alethra jumped out of the way, avoiding the attack. Only half of the army was able to get out of the illusion. As for the other half, Alethra had already finished off two-thirds of them. Out of the half that escaped the illusion, the commander was among them. Alethra narrowed her eyes at them. "Dang it. Just let me go! I need to do something!" Alethra shouted.

The commander glared at Alethra. "So do we. Retrieving you!" He shouted.

Alethra sighed, and unsheathed her swords again. "Dark Realm." The moon was covered up by shadow, and any other light disappeared as well.

"What? What's happening?!" "I can't see!" People from the army shouted.

Alethra closed her eyes. "I wish I didn't have to use this spell, because I hate it more than anything. But... you have given me no choice. I'm am sorry. Life Leacher!" She chanted. And with that, the remaining members of the army were wiped out. In a few seconds they turned into blue pixels and disappeared. Alethra sighed and sheathed her swords before retreating back into the safety of the trees. While leaping from tree to tree, Alethra checked her health. Only a little remained. Not to mention that her mana was completely drained from her last attack. She stopped and looked at her item list, tapping on the healing potions she received from one of the army members. She was surrounded by a warm green light, and her health was all the way up. She continued on her way to the Red Shadow lair. She had only ten hours left until they took Amy even further away from her. Right now it was eight, and with a couple if not a few distractions, she'd make it to the hideout by three.

Alethra closed her eyes and let one tear slide down her cheek. The commander was right about one thing no matter how much she denied it: she was afraid. No, she was terrified. But she wouldn't let that keep her from saving her little sister. She would stop at nothing to bring Amy back home.
