So, this is basically the idea that the capitals of countries are also personified.
Thing is, though... They're not just capitals.
They're glorified secretaries.
Lemme explain:
Capitals work for their country as secretaries. Sorta. I mean, countries do stuff too, but the capitals help them with their country stuff. Because they have to. Why? Well, have you SEEN how the countries act?? They need all the help they can get.
This is their list of duties, sorta:
- Make calls, appointments, and other important stuff
- Relay messages between countries / bosses / important figures in history
- Fill in for the countries should they be gone (they're off in war, they're slacking off, etc.)
... And that's really it.
But hey, they're not ALL seriousness and work. In fact, they can get as zany as their bosses.
You see the capitals, and you can ask them stuff. Or ask stuff related to capital stuff. Or dare them. I don't care. Berlin might, but she'll be fine. And maybe Moscow, but hey. That's Moscow for you.
*cough* And maybe I'll include art, maybe not. I dunno.
