Time to Give Up

Thoughts Part 2

Continue of flashback...

Yandere-chan was at her house. It's Sunday and she had already done her homework and housework, so she was free the rest of the day. The previous day, she killed four students, one male, three female.

Of course that some students ran away, told the teachers and called the police, but she managed to dispose all the corpses and mopped away all the blood. They thought that they could make her expelled or arrested? If so, then they were wrong.

"Ha ha... All of you were so foolish." She laughed while washing her blood-stained uniform. It was 6 PM and the sun started to set down.

She ate dinner, did the dishes, revived lessons and wore her pajama. Before go to bed, she usually go to the Internet or play video games, but that night she wanted to read some manga. She went to her bookshelf and looked for something that seems good to her, and she did.

It was titled "Give up on you", its cover was a schoolgirl stood beside a cherry tree, watching a couple from the distant, her beauty filled with sadness as the cherry blossom bloomed above them. It was such a beautiful artwork, yet sad at the same time.

"This is the manga I bought when I went to the bookstore with Mabel". Mabel was one of her classmates, and she was a huge fan of anime and manga. Most of the time Yandere-chan was annoyed by her, because every time they had a conversation together, all she care and talk about was anime, manga, otaku and other things that were related to them.

She remembered the day she bought this manga. It was Monday and Mabel wanted her to go to the bookstore together after school, and as a "normal" and "innocent" schoolgirl, Yandere-chan accepted her invitation.

She made the right choice because... well... that Monday was so boring to her, so going with Mabel maybe better than went home and played video games alone.

The bookstore was near to their school, so it only took then about ten minutes to walk there. It was a big bookstore with every kinds of book for every ages, always filled with people. Fortunately for them, there weren't many people that afternoon.

Mabel was searching for some manga at Manga shelves, while Yandere-chan just... following her and looked around, because she wasn't interesting in manga, she just pretended she was.

She didn't hope to find something to buy, when suddenly something caught her eyes. Looking closer, she saw it placed at the end of the shelf and took it. " 'Give up on you' ", she read and decided to buy it. After they pay for the manga, they said goodbye and headed home.

"Strange, when I took it, I was going to placed it back on the shelf, but I... can't. It just likes... it was making me buy it and said that... I was its owner, it belonged to me". She talked to herself after the flashback, while looking at the manga. "But... let me read it anyway. It's a one-shot so I can read until the end of it in one night". So, she opened and started to read.

The first page showed the picture of a new year of school, from the school's gate, hundreds of students came, some went alone, some went with their friends and parents. She had to admit, it was a friendly scene and filled with happiness. The next panel showed a beautiful girl with big round eyes, her hair was made into a long braid. She looked like the girl in the cover, so maybe she was one of the main characters. She was walking alone, but she was smiling.

'It's so nice to come back to school', Yandere-chan read the callouts. 'I can meet new friends, have fun and... even have a boyfriend'. The girl thought while looking at the couple, walking hand in hand together.

'Hey! Zoe-chan!', a girl with short hair waved at her. 'Hi, Savannah-chan', the girl said.

"So the girl with braided hair named Zoe, and the girl with green hair named Savannah. Hmmm... good names, though", Yandere-chan commented.
