Prologue
"Really? Kanina mo pa sinasabi 'yan ah."
"Totoo na 'to," she said and I heard the horn of a car. I even brought decorative candles kahit hindi mo sinabi. Syempre para romantic,"
I laughed, "Wow, thank you..." I gently flipped the meat I'm currently cooking upon I saw it on its golden brown color.
She laughed at me and I just rolled my eyes.
"Ibahin mo ngayon!" I said.
Minuto pa bago naming napagpasyahan putulin ang tawag. I just continued on what I am cooking upon I hid my phone. I just want all of these to be perfect for this day.
"Magugustuhan niya iyan," manang said while she's watching me.
I smiled at her, "Thank you, po.
Trisha came as I'm placing the dishes on clean plates. Even some gardeners helped us in placing the decors and the lights. They're all kind and generous.
Two hours passed when we're finally done preparing. They just smiled and even teased me for this plan of mine. Hindi ko nga lang alam kung maganda nga itong hinanda ko para sa kanya but they said that it's a nice plan. Romantic daw ang dating.
Agad naman siyang pumasok sa aking isipan. I'm nervous about his reaction.
I scanned the whole place and a smile immediately placed on my lips. The lights are hanging beautifully and it can be seen anywhere within the garden. Some were placed around the plants that made the place more beautiful lalo pa't madilim na ngayon. The candles are all set on the table, making the table more romantic especially those rose petals above it. Even the foods are all set on the table as well.
I'm prepared for this day that I even bought a dress for this occasion. Wearing an a-line jewel sleeveless navy blue short homecoming dress ay tinitigan ko and aking sarili sa salamin. It's so pretty. I also paired it with my not-so-high black stiletto. Hindi naman ako sanay sa matataas. For my hair, I just let my wavy hair fell.
