Part 6

Josh rubbed Tyler's back and Tyler just sobbed into his shirt. Josh noticed the sky was turning dark and the air was getting colder. "Hey Tyler. We should probably get going before it gets too dark. Being alone in a dark forest sounds scary." Tyler looked up and wiped his running nose and smiled. They packed everything up and started walking back home, holding hands. Once they reached Tyler's house, Josh gave him a quick peck on the cheek and skipped home. Tyler went to his bedroom and layed on his bed daydreaming about Josh. He really loves Josh, and did ever since he was little and Josh taught him how to ride his bike without training wheels. Tyler fell asleep thinking about his childhood experiences with Josh.

When he woke up, sunshine was blinding him through the window. Tyler rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and sat up. He checked his phone and saw he had four texts. Three from Josh, and one from his friend Brendon. He looked at the ones from Josh. It was a good morning text, a picture of a cat wearing sunglasses, and one asking if he was going to the party. "Party?" Tyler wondered. He looked at Brendon's text and it was a party invitation. Of course, typical Brendon. The party was in three days, so it must be important. Brendon usually invites him an hour before any party. Tyler was about to ask what the party was for until his phone vibrated. It was a text from Josh. "Hey hoe. You read my texts. Y u no answer ;(". They called each other and talked for the rest of the day.
