..Recap:- Knowing about Manik's feeling
..I was sitting in the bedroom with stubborn face. From last 20 minutes Jane was pleading me to have food. But I wasn't willing to. Until and unless Manik will himself will plead to me I'm not gonna have it. My mind was set. I have to teach him that he can't always boss around us. He should learn to say please..sorry etc.
..Jane:- Nandini dear please have it. ( She insisted for the nth times but I nodded in no. I didn't even had glass of water since morning. Though there were mice racing inside my tummy but I was form on myself)
.." Jab tak khud Manik aake nahi bolega ki Please Nandini kuch khaalo. I'm not gonna have a single bite ( I shrugged as I leaned back to bed while she sighed in disbelief and left. I know it's time for Manik to enter. I smiled to myself and waited out for him)
..As predicted he appeared within 5 minutes and glared holding the food tray in his hands. I smiled inwardly and acted to ignore him.
..Manik:- Nandini what's this. You know that foods and all compulsory for you're health. Just have it ( He ordered keeping the tray before me while I pushed it backed glaring at him)
.." Instead of ordering if you had said please have it and that too in polite voice toh sayad mai khaa leti. I don't wanna have it ( I mumbled and seemed he was ready to munch me alive but if he's a stubborn head then I'm also no less)
..Manik:- Get that straight Manik Malhotra kisike aage nahi jhookta. These mere words doesn't meant anything for me( He boosted keeping his hands inside pocket. This guy is so stubborn. Okay then time to use you're powerful weapon Nandini dear )
.." Yahi toh tuhmari problem hai. Apne aap koh samajhte kya hoh tum. Jaan bachali meri toh slave ki tarah treat karte hoh. At one time you say that I mean a lot to you and at the same you can't do single thing for me. Manik please bolne sai koi chota yaa bada nahi hota. Anyway mai bhi kisko bol rahi hu.( I cried as I grabbed my yellow duppata and walked by him literally pushing him hard by my shoulder )
..I came out my room and wiped away tears. Was he affected by this? My tears worked for him or not? I waited trying to peep inside the room but what I saw was only his back. He was glued to his place. Yeh ladka chahta kya hai.
..I thumped my feet angrily and turned but in slight moment my leg got tripped and in few second I landed from upstairs to down. I let out a huge cry and saw servants hovering around me.
..Jane:- Jesus! Nandini you okay ( She freaked out as she held me by arms while I was hissing in pain. My knee..it was bleeding hard the yellow fabric was coated with red blood by now)
.." Nandini! ( I heard his shout and saw him rushing downstairs. He literally pushed Jane away and cupped my face caressing them with unknown passionate. I angrily shoved his hands away and he looked hurt.
.." Don't touch me! Tuhmare wajah sai hua. Nah toh tum upar mujhe ghussa dilate nah mai bahar aati aur nah hi mai girti. Because of you I got hurt. You know it's paining so hard ( Though it wasn't now that much but I had to act. What to do. He should be get realize of something like something )
..Manik:- Because of me? You're in pain? Yeh khoon..( He mumbled softly as he dipped his hands on my wounded knee. I was crying softly enough to make him hear and what he spoke next made me shock in happiness )
..Manik:- I'M SORRY..so sorry Nandini. I shouldn't have done that. PLEASE you don't cry. I can't see you in tears my Nandini. Please stop crying ( He mumbled as he again cupped my cheeks lovingly. I blinked with blank expression for few moments. I could sense the servants gasping in shock. Probably it's their first time as they heard this words left by his mouth. He took me in his embrace and ordered for the first aid box while I smiled to myself. At least I'm successful this much to change him. But I've to know more about him which can help me in my future attempts )
..The doctor smiled as she band aid my knee. Manik was at his office while I was out to hospital with Nikhil as my knee needed to be stitched. I hopped down slowly as Nikh held me gently.
..Doc:- You can come after 2 weeks to open them ( She smiled while we nodded and left her cabin. We were on our way when Nikh's mobile beeped and he excused himself from me )
..I glanced around and my gaze fell on a ward which was slightly open. I thought the patient would get disturb so I walked and was about to close the door when my eyes fell on the patient. He was on wheelchair in the corner staring out of the window blankly.
.." Hi..( I exclaimed trying to cheer his mood up. I know he must be feeling kinda bore so why not make him smile. I walked and stood before him. He rolled his eyes and looked at me. Don't know why but it feels I'm familiar to those hazel eyes.
.." You okay? ( I asked softly but he was staring at me blankly. Strange. I smiled and very next moment he held my hand. I shivered at first but his expression was so different. Suddenly someone tapped me from behind and I turned only to find Nikh smiling at me )
..Nikh:- Aap yaha ky..ky..kya kar rahe hoh( He asked while I pointed towards the patient. He turned and after that his expression change. Strange why these two are acting so weird )
.." I think yeh mujhe koi aur samajh raha hai. Look how's he holding my hand ( I mumbled as I tried breaking my hand from him. Nikh was staring at him in kind of disbelief look. Somehow I took off my hand from him who was in bit tears by now )
.." Listen..mai woh nahi joh aap samajh rahe hoh. You please take care of your self ( I mumbled and waved bye. I took Nikh's hand for support and left while the patient was still looking at me )
..When we reached home Manik was already home. I smiled at him while Nikh went to him.
..Nikh:- I wanna talk to you ( He mumbled and vanished away with Manik. I shrugged must be their personal talks or something )
..Next moment I woke up stretching my arms and fluttered my eyes. I turned and gasped in shock as Manik was gazing at me with red face. Is he crying? Since when he's here and what the hell is he doing here. Something happened ?
.." Why are you crying? Aur subah subah yaha? What happened? ( I asked softly and he blinked. Then I was noticed he was still in his yesterday's cloth. God don't tell me he's here since last night )
..Manik:- You love nature too much right? Toh I've booked tickets for Switzerland. Aaj raat ka flight hai. Tum chalogi. Mere saath? ( He mumbled while I blinked my eyes in excitement. Of course why not. This isn't something you ask. I'm more than ready baba )
.." Are yeh bhi koi puchne wali baat hai! I'll love too! Par yeshe achanak? What about you're precious work? ( I frown while he rubbed his nose and smiled softly )
..Manik:- Don't worry about anything. It's just you've got to be happy. Start you're packing ( He again ordered but this time I didn't minded. I was so excited this man. But about my stiches? Uff Switzerland got hospitals too idiot.)
.." You know! Tum itna bure bhi nahi hoh ( I exclaimed and hopped into his arms while he he hugged me back. It felt like he'll break off my bones. God almighty this guy )
..We were waiting at airport for our flight. I was sitting quietly watching my favorite movie on tab while Manik was sitting next to me holding me tightly. Since morning he was pampering like small baby. He was behaving like I'm going to be lost somewhere. Nevertheless I have to enjoy that's it. First time he's taking me out yaar )
..Soon there was announcement of our flight and we immediately walked away. Manik tucked my seat belt and held my hand tight.
.." Manik kya hai? I'm going nowhere baba ( I said pointing towards our hand and he nodded smiling weakly )
..As the captain announced for take off Manik again held my hand tight and closed his eyes muttering something. God he was in all sweat by now.
..Manik:- I'm so scared of this shit. Just take it off damn it. Take it off ( He mumbled while my jaw dropped)
.." Agar flight sai itna dar lagta hai toh itne door kai tickets kyu liye? Are you stupid ( I asked as the plane was tilted bit now. He's face looked pale but I was so enjoying this )
..Manik:- For you! You love greenery. I just want to see the smile on you're face. I wanna keep you safe from this world. You know right nothing is important to me than you! ( He freaked out still closing his eyes.)
..Soon the plane was still up in high sky. Manik was calm by now while I was laughing to myself. So Mr. Rude Malhotra is also scared of something. Interesting
.." Manik remember ghumne kai saath itnaa sharaaaa shopping bhi okay. ( I reminded him and he looked at me cupping my right cheek )
..Manik:- Take whatever you want. Joh chahiye maang loh bas please don't leave me alone. Tuhmare bina kuch bhi acha nahi lagta ( he mumbled the same line. Don't know what is he scared of. What's going inside him )
.." why will I'll leave you. Agar tuhme chod bhi diya toh bahar kaun hoga mere liye. Tuhmare alawa aur kiske paas jaungi ( I mumbled as this was it. Other than my name and him I don't know anything else. The person I can rely upon is Manik only right? )
..He was fast asleep by now and I was just leaning to his shoulder. Sleep was far away from me. I stood up and went to washroom. Then I chit chatted with the flight attended for a moment. When returned to my seat I saw him already awake waiting for me.
..Manik:- kaha chali jaati hoh hamesha.You should be careful now come here and take a nap ( He ordered and I smiled placing my head on his shoulder hugging his waist while he held mine )
..He kept on ruffling my hair until my lids got heavy and soon I drifted to sleep. I thought it to be a beautiful sleep but didn't knew it will bring a horrible nightmare along with it. Soon I felt Manik's touch and warmth disappearing from me and my heart started to accelerate fast as I felt nothing but a horrible fear!)
