Arie's P.O.V.

Who in the sweet hell do you think you are, Mya?! I couldn't help but be a tad bit upset at her. I was currently sitting in a car with my mate who I tried so desperately to stay away from and it was all because of Mya.

I'm pretty sure hell is bitter, not sweet. I growled in my head.

Don't you dare be a smart ass right now. How dare you do what you just did?

What are you going on about? You have nothing to be upset about so why don't you just relax. From the sound of her voice, I can tell that she was getting annoyed.

I have nothing to be upset about? Oh, really? First, you leave me for about six years for God knows what reason. It doesn't matter that we were being bullied, you were not the only one feeling the pain. I felt it too and I was willing to go through that with you! But no, you jumped at the first oppurtunity and ran! You are a coward! Then, you come running back when you find your mate. You came for him, not me. You took control of my actions. You punched that girl! It was all you and now I have to pay the consequences.

Oh boo-hoo. All I am hearing is complaint after complaint. It wasn't all that bad because you had the ability to heal quickly. You are nothing but a big baby.

I still felt the pain you evil bitch! You are so uncaring! I swear to the goddess that if I had the ability to separate from you I would! I don't care if I would potentially die. That would be better than spending my life with you.

Silence rang through my head.

You-you don't mean that..

Oh, but I do. With that, I shut her out. Never mind the fact that I was severely pissed off, I still meant every word I said. I was never gonna take it back, either. I looked around and noticed that the car had stopped. We were pulled over on the side of the road. I looked over at Erran and found him staring at me with a worried expression on his face.

"Is everything alright? You kinda zoned out on me and you look like you're about ready to blow your top." I turned to him and started laughing.

"Who the hell says that?"  Although confusion was clear on his face, there was a glint of amusement in his eyes.

"What?"

" 'Blow your top'. No one says that you weirdo." It was his turn to laugh. I barely suppressed a shiver. Why does everything this boy does has to be so damn sexy?! After a while his laughter died down and it was silent in the car.

"I'm serious, though. Are you fine?" I nodded my head and gave him a smile. I could tell that be didn't believe me but he dropped it and kept driving. I ignored the constant tugging from Mya and forced her deeper into my head. I imagined a cage for her and locked her in. The only time she would be able to get out is if there is an emergency or I let her out.

"Where are we going?" I looked around and noticed that I didn't"t know where we were.

"Don't worry about it. You'll see when we get there."I let out an annoyed breath causing Erran to glance at me.

"I hate surprises. Can't you just tell me where we are going?" he let out a short laugh.

"Who said anything about where I'm taking you being a surprise. Don't flatter yourself." I turned in my seat and glared at him.
