*A few days later*

"You should come with me," He kissed me coolly, hovering over my lips, "it would be fun..."

Austin and I hadn't had any time together for the last few days, seeing that I'd been busy with school and he's been busy in the studio getting his album together. I wanted to spend some time with him but at his next show, I didn't think so. I'm not a big fan of screaming crowds, and concerts in general since the first and last show I went to, "We could just hang out after! I'll stay up late, no big deal."

"Your mom's not even going to let you leave this house by the time I'm finished." He stated matter-of-factly, "Just come with me! You've never seen me up there!"

He tied his hands behind my back, pulling closer every slow breath, "C'mon? Please?" He nudged my nose with his, every time I'd open my mouth to respond, he'd flick me again fully knowing my answer would be no. It's not that I didn't want to see him, I didn't want his fans to see me. Or us together. I knew if I went, I wouldn't want to keep my hands off him and we'd play the whole time and they'd suspect something was up with us, he was already lying saying he was single. I didn't feel guilty about the relationship, I couldn't help who I'd fallen for but at the same time it was a difficult feeling because those girls were dedicating their lives to him and I didn't want to rub in what they couldn't have. I genuinely thought it'd be better if I just stayed home.

"I'm not stopping until you say yes because you're going." Austin curled his fingers, humming a tune not yet recognized by me. His lips curled into a smile, turning evil within seconds, "Kaden. Don't make me sing it."

My mouth formed an o shape, "You wouldn't dare."

"Say yes and I won't."

I opened my mouth, only letting the n sound roll off my tongue. Austin raised an eyebrow, opening his mouth, "Don't."

"I'm a barbie girl, in a barbie wooorrllddd. Laughing plastic, its fantastic!" His lips curved into a slight smile as I fought myself away from but it never worked before, why would I try to fight it now?

I ignored him, humming over his singing, "Stop singing that god awful song before my ears bleed!"

"Not until you say you're coming!" He giggled, moving his hands from my back, intertwining our fingers, "Come on Barbie, let's go party?"

I stood for a moment, his goofiness to get me to do what he wanted always made me smile. He made us sway before laying his lips gently on mine, "Pwease?"

I took in my bottom lip, caving into his pleading, "Fine..."

I walked around the busy backstage area of the nightclub, Austin was about to run on soon and I was standing alone examining things as I walked past. People kept bumping into me, scrambling around (who I'd assumed to be building managers by their tags). Austin and I were doing pretty good, we weren't too touchy around everyone, the most he'd do was slide his hand across my back when he'd run past me, giving me a sweet look and a wave. I don't see how we were "spending time" together if he was running around the entire time with his dancers. I didn't know anyone here but Michele, so this was a bit uncomfortable.

I eyed Austin from around a corner he'd disappeared into earlier, he licked his lips walking over to me, untying my arms and taking me by my hand off to the side where no one would see us.

"I'm happy you're here." He kissed the back of my hand, grinning down at me. He stood close to me, so close the tips of our shoes touched. I hadn't noticed the height difference between us until I pushed up on my tip toes, sneaking in a quick kiss, "I'm excited to be here."

I heard the crowd screaming, their roars becoming louder and louder every second as the dancer's opening set came to an end. A sharp pain traveled through my head from the high frequencies being omitted from his fans, giving me a slight headache. I couldn't complain, it's what I agreed to.

Austin's DJ began playing the first song in the set, Austin began tugging at his shirt and twisting his mic, "I gotta go, I'll see you after the show!"

He pushed through the thick curtains and ran onto the stage, the screams revving to an all time high in my ears. I could see a small fraction of the club where I was standing, the place was packed with fans from wall to wall, some of them even looked like they were pushed against it and uncomfortable but loving every moment of Austin up there.

I kicked my feet, pushing myself off the wall I'd been leaning on for almost 20 minutes watching Austin. I smiled, he looked so happy to be up there putting on a great show for everyone. The way he'd light up when the crowd started singing along to his songs, he'd stop to take a breath and laugh between songs because of what girls in the audience would yell to him, showed just how much he loved performing for them.

Between a song my attention shifted to everyone running around back here. Stage managers monitoring the lighting on the boards they had set up, then my eyes turned to a couple of Austin's managers bringing a blonde with a petite frame from the crowd to the side of the opening of the stage. She must be the girl Austin's singing to tonight.

Curiosity got the best of me and I began to shuffle towards the girl. She stood with her hands in front of her, just calm. I'm not sure how one of Austin's shows go but I do know when people are going to be brought up on stage they'd freak out backstage, or at least that's what I'd do. But the girl didn't seem phased by it. I wanted a better look at the girl but his managers were standing on either side of her making it impossible to see from where I was walking.

"Turn your radio up, turn your radio uupppppp, yeah..."

It blared from the speakers my head turned to the stage, not being able to see much from the equipment in the way. The girl began walking up the steps and onto the stage, her hair bouncing between her shoulder blades.

"This is when I like to bring a girl up..." Austin started, turning to face the area where the girl was coming from. She stepped from the darkness, bringing her identity to light. Austin's eyes got wide, looking around the stage as the girl sat on the stool center staged.

Austin cleared his throat away from the mic, slowly stepping to the girl. I wondered why he was acting so weird. I moved closer to the stage hiding behind one of the thick curtains, peeking to get a closer look at the girl.

My blood boiled, my eyes finally locking on the face of the unknown girl. Now I know why Austin was looking the way he did.

The bitch in the seat was none other than Taylor.
