We told Momma, Daddy and Dodger what had happened at Sun Records and how Mr. Phillips told Elvis that he had a hit with 'That's All Right, Mama '.
They were all so proud of Elvis, and they told me they were proud of me too, just for trying.
Elvis got a call the next day from Marion, she said that Mr. Phillips wanted him to come back in to record a backside for 'That's all Right'.

" Really?! All right..... Yes ma'am, I'll be there as soon as I can. "   Elvis hangs up the phone and runs into the living room where everyone was at.

" Mr. Phillips wants me to come back in to the studio to record a backside for the record! "

We all stood up and hugged Elvis. I think Mr. Phillips is pretty serious about getting my brother and his music out there. I couldn't have been more proud of my big brother.
" Would you want to come in with me again today, Lizzie? "

" As long as I don't gotta sing. "
Everybody laughed at that, including me. Elvis and I kissed Momma and Daddy goodbye, then made our way to Dodger in her rocking chair and did the same.

" We should be back before supper, Momma. " Elvis said after releasing her from a hug.

" You better be, boy. "   She said somewhat serious, but with a grin on her face. She turned to me.

" You too, little miss. "   She kissed my forehead.

" I promise, momma. I'll drag Elvis home if I got too. "   Momma laughed, Elvis gave me a  mock stern look. He picked me up along with his guitar and we were out the door.

~ We sat again in the back room of the studio, listening to the backside of ' That's All Right '. Elvis and Mr. Phillips both decided on recording ' Blue Moon of Kentucky ' for the backside.
Elvis and I talked to everyone for a while before we have to head home. I'm holding the record that Mr. Phillips gave to Elvis to take home, he kept one for himself and said he'd make others to send to different radio stations. I look at the clock on the wall, it reads 5:30. Momma wanted us to be home by 6:00 for supper.

" Elvis, it's time to go. "   I say, pulling on his jacket. He just stands there, still talking to Scotty and Bill. I roll my eyes and tug on his jacket again, harder.

" It's almost 6:00, Elvis! " Still nothing.

" Fine, I guess I'm just gonna have to drag you home like I told Momma! "
I grabbed his hand and began pulling with all my might.
I finally got Elvis's attention, he started laughing at how hard I was trying, I couldn't even get him to budge.

" Oh no you ain't! "   He picked me up and slung me over his shoulder. I erupted into a fit of laughter, while hitting him and telling him to put me down. Eventually I gave up and we wave goodbye to the guys, Mr. Phillips and Marion as Elvis carried me out the door.
We make it to Elvis's truck, he opens my car door and sets me in my seat. He makes his way to the drivers side and gets in, starting the truck.
I lean my head up against the glass of the window as we drive down the road. I scoot over next to Elvis and lean my head on his shoulder, sleep slowly taking over me.

~ " Lizzie? Come on, girly. We're home. "
I wake up and see Elvis gently picking me up and carrying me inside the house.
He sets me down on the couch, and heads into the kitchen. It takes me a couple of minutes to fully wake up, but when I do I join Elvis in the kitchen. Everybody's sat around the table, waiting for me.

" It's about time you woke up, sleepyhead. "
Daddy says, laughing at my slight bedhead.
I try flattening my hair down as I take a seat at the table.

" Lizzie, baby. It's your turn to say Grace. " Momma says. I nod and bow my head, everyone does the same.

" Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for the food that Momma and Dodger have prepared for us. I thank you for Momma, Daddy, Dodger, Elvis and Jesse. Lastly, thank you for the love you give us every day and the many blessings. In Jesus's name, Amen. "
" Amen. "
