Chapter 25- Disorder

Ashley pov
We just got back from the mall and everyone but Hayes is asleep. Hayes was sitting on the stool eating some of our left over pancakes.
"Hey guys, I missed you " he says hugging me. I smelt alcohol. Oh god
"Hayes have you been drinking again"I say
"Just a little " he says stumbling
"Benjamin Hayes Grier. " Nash said in a parenting tone
"You know what happened last time " I said. I immediately put my bags down and got every ounce of alcohol and hid them.

I see Hayes on the couch and Nash is sitting by him.
"What happened " Hayes said
"We came in and you said you missed us and stumbled on us and I smelt alcohol" I said
"Oh god I'm sorry" Hayes said
"Is it coming back again" Nash said
"You mean my other personality" Hayes said
"Yes. Did you actually drink or was it the other you" I said
"I didn't know we had alcohol. Maybe I did I don't remember " Hayes Said
"are you taking your pills " I said
"No they took him off of them because they thought he was okay " Nash said
"I need to go to the doctor and get them again I can't be hurting anybody especially with the baby coming" Hayes said
"Okay Nash take him and I will stay here with everyone else " I say
"But what if you go into labor " Nash
"Then I will have my parents plus Ali and Ryan, just go take care of your brother " I said
"Okay I love you " he said kissing me quickly
"Love you too" I said and they left. I went to Hayes room to see an empty bottle of vodka. Omg he drank straight vodka your not suppose to do that .

For anyone who's confused when Hayes was 13 he went in a spiral. He got depressed and angry but I still don't know why but he turned into a different person who drank and did bad stuff. Which is known As the bipolar disorder. Hayes never went as far as killing anyone but he drank did drugs and had sex at 13. They got him some pills but they were worried about him so they sent him to boarding school for 3 years. But they stop giving him the only thing that helped. So when they get back I need to know why he got depressed and Angry in the first place
2 hours later
Nash and Hayes just walked in the door.
"How did it go" I said
"Good. They gave him more pills" Nash said. I hugged Hayes then Nash.
"I was so worried " I said
"It's okay I'm fine now I won't hurt you " Hayes said
"Okay we need to talk like all of us. Sit." I said to Nash and Hayes
"Okay I understand you were depressed and angry and how you did all that stuff but why did you get that way in the first place " I said. Hayes and Nash looked at each other and Nash nodded at Hayes like saying go ahead tell her
"Well Nash and I had gotten into a fight " Hayes said
"It was really bad we ended up hurting eachother " Nash said
"It was about you. "Hayes said and I was confused. I furrowed my eyebrows
"Hayes was in love with you. And so was I. We fought about who was more worthy to have you and Hayes told me that you didn't even like me and then it got to physical blows" Nash said
"Wait so you both were in love with me,like I understand Nash but Hayes? " I said confused

"Okay I know why I started drinking it was the other me but there was a reason. Remember how I said I liked that girl" Hayes said
"Yeah.." I said not knowing where he was going with this
"I said she had a boyfriend. That girl is you. And I knew I would never get you so that's why my disorder kicked in and I drank" Hayes said. I'm just sitting here so freaking confused.
"I'm sorry ash I know you love Nash " Hayes said
"Hayes it's okay you  don't have to  apologize" I said
"As long as I have my medicine I'm no harm to Anyone " he said smiling
We all just group hugged after that. And Hayes left to his room.  Nash and I just sat on the couch.
"I need to take a shower " Nash said
"Okay " I said
"I'm going to go upstairs " Nash's said
"I'm going with you " I said and he just smirked and lead me upstairs.
