Chapter 23- christmas day

Nash pov
I wake up with my arm draped around her waist.
I remember it's Christmas Day. "Baby " I whisper as I kiss Ashley. "Good morning " she says smiling at me. I tuck a piece of stray hair behind her ear.
"It's Christmas Day " I say "and I'm lucky enough to spend it with my hot boyfriend " she says kissing me again. She gets up and puts her clothes back on and I do the same.

We walk downstairs and see my mom and Elizabeth making breakfast. And our dads on the couch with Ryan and Ali. "Merry Christmas " everyone says to us. "Merry Christmas" we both say. Nash and I sit on the stools. Our moms turn to us. "God Elizabeth remember when they were little they sat next to eachother other but Ashley thought Nash had cooties" Mrs. Foster says laughing
"Yes. I remember when Nash tried to kiss her when she was over at my house. She ran away screaming that he had cooties" My mom said laughing and they continued to cook

I looked at Ashley and kissed her.
"Ew you have cooties." She says in a little girl voice and our moms laugh. I hear someone sit next to us and it's a tired looking Hayes. " merry Christmas Hayesieboo" Ashley says
"Merry Christmas ashy" he say back
We finally eat break fast and there is some presents under the Christmas presents.
Everyone got something. She opens the first present I got her. It was the bestfriend bracelet that she left in my bed the day she found out she was pregnant.
"Oh my god I thought I lost it "she said
"I found it in my bed the day you found out you were pregnant" I say and she just hugs me
I can't wait to see Ashley's face when she opens the other present. Ashley opens it while everyone else is not paying attention she opens it and she loves it I can tell. But she looks at me
"It's a promise ring. I promise to love you forever " I say so only ash and I can hear(pic up top) . She's crying
"Aw baby" I say and I hug her then she kisses me. I open the box and take out the ring and put it on her index finger. Hayes sees
"Woah what's going on over here " Hayes says looking at Ashley's finger
"It's a promise ring " Ashley says
"What " Ali says from across the room
She comes over and looks at the ring
"It a promise ring " Ashley says again
Then our Parents and Ryan hear.
"I got a promise ring " Ashley says holding it up so everyone can see. "Aww " our moms say.
"It's. Snowing? " Ryan says tilting his head. We all look out the Window and it's snowing in Florida.

We go outside in the snow and Ashley puts her hand on her stomach and looks down at the baby and the ring and I put my arms around her. "I love you baby" I say in her ear. "I love you too" she says turning around looking at me. " you know I was thinking about getting our own place and letting Ryan and Ali have this house. " she said
"I was thinking the same lately too. But maybe a few months after the baby is born " I said
"Yeah good idea " Ashley says snuggling into my chest.
