mask of lies
I used to think we'd never be apart,
because you told me I'd always be in your heart.
How foolish I was to believe your lies,
I hadn't realized you had a heart cold as ice. They stood against the idea of us,
causing all of it to be solemnly rushed.
Hiding and sneaking, I thought we'd survive.
But how gullible I was to not know I was alone in this fight.
