When you know there's a killer in your house, it's not exactly fun walking downstairs to confont him. But you do what you gotta do.

Oliver was sitting at the kitchen table looking annoyed of course.

"Tell me who you are. Now. And no petty games or it is my plight that I will kill you."

"Fine. No games. My name is Molly, but you already knew that. I'm 18 and I've been in town for about a week. Mostly hiding in my house getting unpacked and the sort. That's all your getting. And fuck your plight, I don't want your pathetic promise." He looked even more pissed off but whatever. "I'd say your turn but I already know about you."

He looked disgusted as I sat across from him, "You know nothing of me."

"Wanna bet?" I raised an eyebrow. His face stayed the same. "You're name is Oliver, you put on a facade of cool mellow hippy who runs Common Grounds. You're Amelie's right hand guy and second in command; you wish to rule instead of her, yet you repect her and would never let harm come to her or Morganville. You're all bruding, evil, scary, menacing, etc, etc. After Brandon died you took over his contracts including that slut Monica. You hate Myrnin with extreme passion. You hate humans and probably little bunnies and other adorable creatures. As old as Amelie almost. Should I go on?" I finished as I got up and retrieved a rootbeer from the fridge.

He growled in annoyance and I laughed. "What are you laughing at you insolent child?"

"Oh lots of things." I smiled my best smile as I popped the clip.

"There is nothing amusing about this situation." He was suddenly standing in front of me and I didn't even blink.

"Situation? I didn't realize there was a situation." I smirked.

He grabbed my throat, "I grow tired of your immature games. I have no problem with killing off one of Amelie's little pets."

I stuck my tongue and made a ridiculous face, "What are you doing?" He demanded and right as he finished the question I dropped the soda and used all my force to shove him in the chest. He took only a step back but it was enough.

"Don't. You. Ever. Threaten me again, you undead freak. I have no problem killing you. Even if it does cost me my life." I hissed, glaring furiously into his cold empty eyes.

"And I will do as I please. It's not a threat if I carry it through. You would do best if you never threaten me again, vermin." He slid his vampire canines down and looked menacingly at me.

I rolled my eyes, "Oh so veeeerrryy terrifying. Do you see me shaking in my roots? No, you don't. Besides it wouldn't be pleasant to bite me. I use Holy Water as a perfume." I walked to the table and sat like a lady should, "Now Ollie, what do you say we settle this like adults?" I gave my best smile.

He barked a cold laugh that didn't even sound relatively humorous in any possible way. "You insolent rat, do not act as if we are on the same level. I am far more superior to you and even so you a child."

"I am not a child. Claire is a child, I respect her, but she is. I am an adult and you are for from being superior. You're an unnatural walking disaster. Get out of my house. Right now. Get out." I snapped. I'd grown tired of his petty games to infuriate and I wouldn't fall for them.

"Claire Danvers is absolutely an insolent child as much as you are. However, she has proved her feats here where as you are an unwanted guest. You cann't tell me to leave my territory. I run this town little girl, it's time you stop your tantrum and grow up." He turned in a single motion and was gone. Just like that. As angry as I was I couldn't help the growl that ripped up my throat and released as a primal battle cry.
