What a wonderful day to go outside and enjoy some fresh air. The air is windy, and hot, today was just perfect. Though, there was beaming ray of sun through my window, which was really annoying.Since it's Sunday and we have no football game, why not go to the pool?
I knew I had nothing better to do so, I stepped into my closet and oooked for a bathing suit.
I reached out to where I keep my bikinis, and picked my favorite one out of all of them-a mint colored, with a gold metal piece in the middle--it was actually really cute-- and black bottoms.
I dressed into my bikini, put on a cover up so my chest wasn't showing it much then, I went to the pool up my street. I put my hair in a high ponytail. I was going to tan, and swim.
I grabbed my keys, and headed to my car. Once I got inside of my car the seat was burning. Accidentally I grabbed the metal part of my seat belt and I screamed in pain. Shit, that hurt so much!
The drive to pool was relaxing- kind of, because I've had really stressful games lately. Hey, being quarter back is defiantly not easy, especially for a girl. Wait, that sounds sexist.
I got to the pool, got my keys, my towel plus my bag. I layed my towel down on the chair, took off my shirt and shorts revealing my bare body and my bikini.
Laying on the chair felt good, the sun hitting my skin the breeze making me a little chilly. Suddenly I had a whole bucket of water poured onto me.
"What the fu-" I stopped and realized that Ryan, poured a whole bucket of water on me. I glared at him and started to shiver, but him on the hand was laughing he ass off. I'm so cold now...
"Oh Lord! That-that was hilarious!" Ryan said in between laughs. Oh this boy is going to get it. Does he not realize that I'm trying to have a nice day? No, obviously not, because he's a guy.
Again Scar?! That was sexist!
I stopped looking at him; I got up and and went to the hot tub. Luckily he didn't follow me. Just kidding! He followed me. I'm slowly starting to dislike this guy a lot.
"Hey, I was just playing." He said softly, putting his hand on my shoulder. I scoffed and looked away from him.
"Scarlett..." He started. He slowly came towards me putting his hands on my hips, facing me. Which by the way I did not like at all. Defiantly not, nope.
"Stop..." I murmured, to him.
He put his finger on my chin and smiled, "Why?" I couldn't help it he's so cute, I smiled back at him. Then I got mad at myself for smiling, that's what I get I guess. "You're so cute." It's like he read my mind.
"Thanks," I said and smiled at him cheerfully. "Why aren't you this nice to me at school?" I asked.
"I was thinking, maybe. Just maybe, I could try to be friends with you." He said, emphasizing the 'try'. That made me a little happy, I actually think he's kind of cool in some ways, but still starting to dislike him.
"Really?"
"Yup," He said, popping the 'p' towards me and he pulled me closer to him. I started to get uncomfortable with him getting so close.
I'm kind of scared!
"Okay then!" I said awkwardly and smiled. I got out of his grip and walked back to my chair which I was previously sitting on. Before Ryan, poured a whole bucket of water on top of me.
"Are you still mad?" Ryan asked, once he came back to where I was sitting. I thought about it for a minute. Should I tease him, or should I just say no I'm not mad?
"No, I'm not mad at all." I said and smiled at him while I went back to lay down on the chair. I looked at him, he had a smile on his face. He seems happy that I'm not mad, which is weird.
Well, that was some rough water.
