{anyone realised I cast elton john as the bus driver hehehe}
Monday, 7:30 PM
I blinked, unable to focus entirely on the people standing in front of me. My vision was clouding up as tears began to fill my eyes. I crumpled my fists up angrily, my body feeling weak and tired.
"And you never thought to tell me, George?" I spat, making eye contact with his pale face. He sharply breathed in and looked away from me. "You never thought to tell your girlfriend about this utterly fabulous news?"
"Caitlin I know I'm stupid, I'm a complete imbecile but you have to understand that I couldn't tell y-"
"Just shut up George. Just SHUT UP! Get it into your thick skull that I hate you! Obviously I would be upset if you just told me the truth but I'm more upset that you completely LIED TO ME!" I shouted, tears spilling down my face. He tried to touch my but I slapped his hand away. "Go away George! JUST GO AWAY!"
I was inevitably absolutely entirely completely utterly and obviously done with him.
6 and a half hours earlier; Monday, 1:00 PM
"PROFESSOR PLUM IN THE LIBRARY WITH THE LEAD PIPING!" I exclaimed loudly. Everybody looked at their cards. Nobody had professor plum. Nobody had the library. And nobody had the lead piping.
I picked up the package in the middle of the game board, peeping inside eagerly. With a broad grin on my face I spilled the three cards I had just said on the table.
"OH YEAH! I WIN! I AM THE CHAMPION!" I shouted, standing up and thrusting my arms into the air, miming exaggeratedly the lyrics of we are the champions and doing strange jiggly dance moves.
All of the boys laughed apart from Paul who demanded that it wasn't fair that this was the fourth game I had won and that I must've cheated.
"No, you my friend are just rubbish at Cluedo." I stated and cackled like a witch in his face. "Want to play another game?"
"NO!" They all chorused together. I rolled my eyes and folded the game up, placing each piece into the box and then sliding it into the coffee table cupboard. "Your loss."
"We have better things to think about today." John mumbled, gaining knowing glances from the other Beatles besides George who just rammed into him angrily.
"Okay I am fed up with all this secrecy. Will you guys just tell me what's going on?" I demanded sharply, sitting down next to them.
"What?" Ringo muttered.
"I know that there is something going on! I am like Sherlock, I notice everything. And lately you guys are being really strange and acting off around me and John you are rubbish when you're trying to cover something up! So tell me!"
John blushed, Paul and Ringo frowned and George shuffled uncomfortably.
"Wait... she doesn't know?" Ringo asked, looking pretty shocked.
I grumbled. "I don't know what?!"
George just gave Ringo a guilty glance and stood up to get a drink from the kitchen. I followed his steps with my piercing glance until he had left the room.
"So is anybody going to tell me this massive secret? Or do I have to force it out of you?" I growled.
"I don't know what you're on about." Paul just stated, looking at me as if I was dumb. He was a good liar.
"Yeah I don't know what you're on about either. Pfft, girls ey?" John also stated, but as we all know John is crap at lying.
"Yep I don't know either!" Ringo called out loudly.
"YEAH YOU DO! YOU JUST SAID 'WAIT, SHE DOESN'T KNOW?' I THINK THAT MEANS YOU KNOW!" I bellowed, towering over them all. "NOW TELL ME BEFORE I PUNCH YOU UNTIL YOU COUGH BLOOD!"
Ringo looked at me with scared eyes and Paul just rolled his. "Look, love, if you want me to tell you will you just chill your beans? It's not that big of a deal."
"Tell. Me. Now."
"Fine. Look. George didn't want us to tell you but... there's a uh, new member to our band." Paul explained, checking his phone for the time. "He's called Josh and he plays the sitar and can sing really well."
"What, really? Why would George not want me to know?" I questioned.
"I guess because he's devilishly handsome and his sitar playing could lure any girl into his arms." John commented, looking at me with a smirk.
George walked back into the room, still pale, with a glass of water.
"Is this true? That there's some dude who can play sitar joining the band?"
He nodded. "Mm. He's so weird though, I don't like him at all."
"Oh George, I would never be 'lured'. I mean hell-o, I am dating George Harrison!" I laughed, going in to hug him. He flinched (choosing to ignore that) but finally wrapped his arms around me, encasing me with his body heat.
"Good." He mumbled into my head, twirling my hair in his large hands.
"Stop being revoltingly romantic and get me a sandwich." Paul commanded and threw a cushion at me; which whacked my head and bounced off onto the floor. I turned around and clicked my tongue, picking up the cushion and striding up to him before ramming it into his face and pushing his head into the sofa. His muffled pleas for help just made me laugh. I then removed it and watched as his flustered face slowly went from being a red colour back to normal.
"Dude never do that again!" He shouted, confiscating the cushion from me. "I was SUFFOCATING!"
"Well now you know how I feel when I smell you after you come in from the gym!" I retorted, crossing my arms. The other boys laughed and whooped. "Anyway I'm going out for dinner with my mum soon so I need to get ready. What? ...Yes I did tell you George but you were too busy on the phone to Brian! Oh whatever."
{I had to split this into two chapters as it is kinda long. *cries a little at what is to come*}
