Me and Dan have done nothing but lounge around the house all week. I mean you should expect that I guess. Sadly today was mothers day. Another year without my mum.

I pulled myself from the bed and grabbed my video camera. I set it up on a pile of books and sat in front of it. I didn't know what I was doing or what I was going to say but I had nothing else better to do with my time.

(Yes, this is Phil's first YouTube video)

"Hi I'm Phil, welcome to my video blog. Which I hope you all are very excited to be a part of. Happy mother's day for one."

(I'm not writing the whole video so yeah TIME SKIPPPP)

"Phil?" I heard Dan call my name. "What are you doing?" He asked as he walked into the room.

"Uh just making a video blog." I said awkwardly.

"Oh my gosh can I watch it?!" Dan said excitedly and sat next to me.

"When I post it on YouTube, yes you can." I nod.

"What's your YouTube name?" Dan jumped up and went over to my desk top computer.

"Uhm uh.... Amazingphil.." I said awkwardly.

"That's an awesome name because well, you are actually amazing." Dan said and made his own YouTube channel so he could subscribe to me.

"What should my name be?" He asked and I shrugged.

"Danisnotonfire." He said aloud as he typed the name.

"That's a cool name. But what if I set your fringe on fire, then DanISonfire." I put the emphasis on is.

"Haha I swear to god if you ever set my hair on fire I will cut off your toes and feed it to my mums cat." He said and pointed his finger at me.

"Not my piggy's!" I said and grabbed onto my feet, almost falling out of the chair.

"Speaking of mums, my mum wants me to go to her house for dinner and she told me to invite you." Dan said.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yeah so get ready, we're leaving in a few hours." Dan walked out of the room and left me to trying to figure out what to wear.

After about two hours of ripping through my closet I decided on a black pair of jeans and a mint green polo. I put on my shoes then tried to fix my hair but of course it kept messing up.

This night was gonna be full of anxiety and fringe checks. "Are you ready to go?" Dan opened the door and popped his head in.

"Yeah, let's go." I said and followed him out of the room and we walked to the train station.

-at Dan's parents house-

"Hey mum." Dan hugged the older woman and she hugged him back. "Happy mother's day."

"Thank you sweetie, I missed you so much." She squeezed him. "Oh and you must be Phil!"

She pulled away from Dan and wrapped her arms around me. "Hi Mrs. Howell." I said in shock that she was hugging me.

"You like pizza don't you?" She asked and I nodded.

"Pizza is the best." I smiled.

"Sure is, I made homemade ones." She said. "They will be dome in about an hour, Dan show Phil around this house or go in the basement and watch a movie."

"Okay mum." He nodded. "Wanna watch a movie?" He turned to me.

"Uh yeah sure."

I figured since the last chapter was so short and boring ill post another. Here ya go. So.... There are only 3 more chapters of this book left... I'm SO sorry that its ending so soon :( but I hope you liked this story! See you next chapter ❤ -Kenzie
