Unfortunately, Chad;s life still hasn't got better. His dad only became more abusive. However,  Chad learned to be stronger. It was his sixth grade year, and things could not of been more dramatic. He experienced love with someone outside of his family for the first time, and it burned down in flames. His girlfriend accused him of cheating and spread it through the whole grade. Everyone thought he was a horrible rotten cheater. That was all until it died down and he weirdly got more friends and never felt more loved.

This was also the year he met his best friends and lifesavers, Lauren and Leah. Leah was there before Lauren, and heard most of his problems . She was always there for him and never quit loving. This was also the year he started to feel his sexuality change, but never made a change for the fear of being judged. He was scared of his parents kicking him out of the house and that played a big role in it. The judgement he was already getting from his classmates made him want to die. Although, he found a useful alternative, cutting. He told Leah about it and she freaked out and made him quit. Life with Leah down the street was amazing, and he found shelter in her.

But then something happened that would change his life forever. Leah moved to Murfreesboro and Chad's life would ultimately die right then and there. Things continued to get worse and he fell into to a stage of depression that toke a year to overcome.
