Chapter 18 - Cuts

***Lacey's P.O.V***

I could hear outside.

"Oh no." I heard Cassie Say.

"Hunter help her." Cassie added.

I heard people leaving the room.
Now hearing only someone's foot steps.

"Lacey,open up" Hunter softly said.

I took my Razor from my makeup bag. I stand In front of the mirror.

"This is for being stupid"
"Being ugly"
"Being hopeless"
"Being weak"

I say. Word after the other.
Scars being made.
Blood starts dripping. I'm crying like a baby.
Tears streaming like a waterfall down my face.

"LACEY, ILL BUST THIS DOOR DOWN IF I HAVE TO!" I hear hunter shout.

He then opens up the door.

"Lacey!" He shouts.

He grabs a towel and puts it over my
arm/wrist.
He took my razor and broke it. He picked me up. Then sliding me in his arms down across the wall.
He started rocking me. Still in his lap.
I felt safe. I rested my head on his chest.

"I broke the promise" I cry out.

"I don't care about the promise. I care about you!" Hunter says.

"Don't let them get to you. That's what they want. Don't give it to them" he says.

Me and hunter stood up.
He pulled me into his arms. I cried everything out. When I was with him,he made me so happy. I forgot about all my worries and insecurities. I could be myself.
We were still hugging.

"Your beautiful, don't listen to them."

"You say that to over 120,000 girls a day"
I snapped. Shit! Why the hell did I just said that?

"I know but this is to you. And only you. I care about you a lot more than my fans Lacey."

"I'm sorry, that just came out."

"It's okay" he smiled.

"You mean a lot to me you know. So don't leave me in the dark one day. I really don't want to lose you." I said

We broke apart. He was know holding my hand.

"Don't worry, I'm never going to leave you." He said.

I still had the towel on my hand I went to go sit on the bed and hunter called everyone to come back into the room.
We watched the rest of the movie. Hunter was still next to me.
Most of the people fell asleep.
Besides a few. I was drifting off to sleep.
I layed my head on Hunters chest. He kissed my forehead and whispered in my ear,

"Goodnight princess"

I fell asleep with hunters arms wrapped around me.

I finally realised.
I'm in love with hunter.
