A/n so above is Ariels car, and studio apartment to give you an idea of what she lives with.

*Ariels pov*

Strong arms reach out to steady me. Sparks yet again shoot through me. "Are you okay?" The question seems sincere yet throws me through a loop. "Yeah I'm fine I just forgot my spoon and phone." My voice is barely even above a whisper yet again, he miraculously hears me. I feel him chuckle his body still pressed against mine. Suddenly conscious of our close proximity he releases me from his grip. Stepping back he hands me my spoon, but as I reach for my phone he puts it above his head, making it impossible for me to reach it at my 5'3 height compared to his 6'1. "Please just give me my damn phone." My voice wavers, showing how emotionally unstable I still am. "Tell me your name first." Determination and playfulness shines in his eyes as he looks down at me. "You ran so fast I though I was gonna have to pull a Prince Charming by hunting you down with your phone and spoon. So you might as well give me your name for future reference." Seeing my reluctance he sighs. "My names Dylan Waters, now will you please tell me yours. Its only polite."The smirk on his face grows thinking he won. "I know who you are. We have most of our classes together. Not like you show up most of the time." I mumble the last part, and thankfully he doesn't hear me or just chooses not to react.

"Now if you'll excuse me I've had a long day and would appreciate if you would give me my phone." He opens his mouth to argue , but one look at my tear soaked face decides otherwise. With a sigh he hands me my phone but slips a paper underneath my palm. "Incase you need someone to talk to." As I walk out the door he yells "See you later Cinderella." A blush adorns my face all the way to my car.

Driving home seems longer then before. Dylan Waters works at my Huddles. The Dylan Waters, player, bad boy, rich guy that's has girls falling to his feet 24/7. This is bad, really bad. Not only do I basically live there, but he's also now my coworker. Granted its my second job it's still really bad. My breathing becomes ragged as I attempt to calm down. Hopefully he still has no clue who I am. There's only like a 65% chance he remembers what I look like, and that he'll actually remembers we have most of our classes together. I'll just have to avoid him like the plague. God I made a complete fool of myself. I had a complete mental break down in front of THE Dylan Waters. Basically social suicide. Not like I have a social life but like I'm off everyones radar and I want it to stay that way.Slowly I begin to calm down just reassuring me that he won't remember me.

Taking a sharp left I pull into the residents parking lot. As I walk up to the complex entrance Robin my neighbor is leaving for her shift at Lux, the strip club. "Ariel, hey! Can you watch Mo for me please? He wasn't feeling good when I left but I gotta go." Before even giving me the chance to respond her keys were getting flown at me. "Thanks! You're a doll, love ya." In a blur of blonde weave she was gone, leaving me extremely confuzled. Any regular person would just check on her sloth for an hour and then leave but noo I'm too nice. Dragging my feet to the stairs I make my way to my studio. Dropping my bag containing my wallet and spoon on my kitchen counter, I leave making my way to Robins small apartment.

Opening her door I'm hit with the overwhelming scent of perfume and hairspray. I find Mojo just sleeping on his little habitat thing, I grab a spoon from her kitchen the collapse on her couch froyo and my phone in both hands. Turning on her tv I decide to just watch Kuwtk reruns.(keeping up with the Kardashians) I don't know when but at some point I drift off to sleep.

"Ariel! Wake up you're gonna be late for school!" Startled I fall off Robin's couch just missing the corner of her coffee table. "What time is it?" My voice is so raspy it sounds like I smoke 10 packs a day. "It's 6 am, giving you an hour to get ready with the help of moi." Without even looking at her I can practically hear the smirk on her face, proud that I have absolutely no excuse to get out of it. Groaning as I get up I flip her the bird while gathering my things. "Come on, gotta get you ready to look cute for all those boys at school." She skips out of the door all the way to the door of my studio. Fumbling with my keys gives me about 2 minutes of stall time before she grabs them from my hand to open my door. " You know you should really give me your spare key, I'll give you mine." Entering my studio I make a beline for my bed while she heads straight for my closet.

"ew"

"nope"

"why do you even own this."

"no"

"YES!"

"YES"

"YAYAAYAY"

Judgement comes off Robin in waves as she rummages through my sweatpants, jeans, and t-shirts. "I found the perfect outfit ever." Glancing up I evaluate what she picked out, I feel my face change as I regret ever keeping one of the articles of clothing she holds up. I didn't even buy it she gave it to me as a birthday present. "This stuff is so cute, honestly I dont understand why you never wear this stuff." Chucking the horrid crop top, high waisted boyfriend jeans, a flannel, and my white hightop converse at me, she skips over to my kitchen. "Go shower, I'll make breakfast and then help you do your hair and makeup."

Refreshed after my shower, I get dressed. My face twists in disgust at my reflection. I'm showing way to much skin. Knowing Robin will refuse to let me change unless I look awful i reluctantly open the door, just to be greeted by smoke and the smell of burnt toast. "Robin what the hell? Are you trying to burn down the building." She turns on the chair she's standing on to fan the smoke alarm to apologize, but instead a high pitched squeal exits her lips. " You look so cute, Oh my god!" Jumping from the chair she grabs my hand pulling me over to my mirror and small supply of makeup and hair tools. Ordering me to sit I plop down onto the stool as she works her magic. "Done." I turn to face the mirror, and am pleasantly surprised.

With Robin being a stripper, and extremely girly I expected her to cake makeup on my face. Instead she gave me a natural face, with beach wave curls. "So what do you think?" A worried look crosses her face. Scanning myself in the mirror I pretend to be disappointed. "The eyebrows aren't even remotely similar looking." Gasping she grabs my face turning it to face her tilting it up. "Liar." Smirking I hug her. Grabbing my backpack, keys, and phone on my way to the door. "I gotta go, I have a shift at Huddles after school, but I'll see you after that. Have fun at Uni, lock up when you leave." Throwing my spare key her way, I exit with a wave. Only one thing on my mind.

Please dont recognize me Dylan.
