A Less Than Average Romance

Chapter 18: No

   "Danni, what are you doing here?" I asked, while helping Daniel up.

    Danni completly ignored me and walked over to Dexter, "Hey Baby, I wish you could've stayed longer. I was really enjoying your company." 

What is she talking about? 

I looked at Andrea, giving her a what-the-fuck-is-she-talking-about look, while she just shrugged looking back to Danni and Dexter. 

Daniel noticed me and Andrea's exchange of confused looks, so he spoke up, "Dexter, what's going on?"

  "You see Daniel, this was all part of the plan. Once Danni and I found out the richest person in Alaska's niece was coming to live in Alaska. We decided I would seduce you into marrying, and having a baby with you, and then, I would kill you. Having a baby with you, would just tye any loose ends. And no one would suspect the husband who was "deeply in love" with you to kill you.  But, Daniel had to fuck up the plan, and fall in love with you. So, i'll have to kill Daniel, Andrea, and you."  

  Before anyone could speak, I said, "First of all, I would never have a baby with you now, and-" 

  Dexter interrupted me, "Anna, do you remember last night? Hmm, because I do. And guess what! Nooo condom!" He joked. 

Realization set, he fucking lied to me. "But, but, I couldn't be pregnant. No, its not possible!" 

"Oh, but it is. Have you been experiencing any morning sickness?" 

  "Yes, but I thought I was just nervous for the wedding. No, no, no. It can't be." I hugged Daniel and cried into his chest while he comforted me. 

  "How could you do this, Dexter? I thought we were brothers. And Danni, you know this is wrong. Don't continue doing this. " Daniel reasoned. 

  "I know its wrong, but it feels so right." Danni kissed Dexter passionately on the lips. 

     "Wait, wait, wait. Let me get this straight.  Danni and Dexter are together. They planned on Dexter marrying Anna, getting her pregnant, then killing her for her aunt's money?" 

  "Jesus Andrea, you never were the smart one." Danni said. "Now, lets stop all this dilly-dallying, we have a wedding to go to, don't we." 

Danni walked out of the room along with Dexter, before Dexter said, "See you at the altar, honey." 

  I broke away from Daniel's grasp, closed the door, and leaned againest the door slowly sliding down until my butt was on the floor. I had my face in my hands, crying. 

"What am I doing in my life?" I mumbled. "The man who I thought I was in love with, is dating my soon-to-be husband, who wants to kill me after I have his child." 

  Andrea sat down next to me, "It'll be okay, Anna."  

  "It's not going to be fucking okay, Andrea! I can't get out of this! In basically nine months, I'll be dead!" I screamed at Andrea, looking at her to see her shocked face. 

Andrea stood back up and walked to Daniel who was stood frozen, not knowing what to do. Andrea whispered something in Daniel's ear, and Daniel nodded whispering something back in Andrea's ear. 

  Andrea walks back to me saying, "Come on Anna, let's get ready." She lifted me up by my arms and we walked to the vanity, sitting me down in a chair.  I looked into the mirror. 

    I looked terrible.  My eyes were puffy from crying. There was snot coming out of my nose, which I quicking wiped away once I noticed, and my once beautifully braided hair had hair sticking out and it wasn't even considered a braid anymore. Just tangled pieces of hair, with a hair tie tied at the end. 

  In the mirror, I saw Daniel starting to leave.  

   "Where are you going?" 

     He turned to me, "No where, sweetie." He kissed the top of my head then left. 

 I'm sorry for taking so long to update. I will try to update more. And there is a chance that in a few more chapters this book will come to an end.  I'm really sorry for the people who really enjoy this book. In the future, I will attempt to post more longer posts.
