With another day of learning behind me I can't be happier to go to my common room. I still have homework to do but all of that can wait. All I want to do now is get to my shared room with Row and relax.

Walking into to common room I'm greeted by Crabbe and Goyle talking by the fire place and Draco looking bored out of his mind. I sigh and walk over to them, sitting down next to him on the sofa. I lean my head back and close my eyes.

I feel eyes on me and open one of mine to see Draco looking at me with a raised eyebrow.

"What's with you?"

"Tired of school." he chuckles and I glare at him with a corner of my eye.

"Winter break's almost here and Chrismas as well so that someting to look up to, eh?" I turn my attention to Goyle and can't help the smile forming on my lips. He's right! I forgot about Chrismas.

"Yeah, you're right." I slowly stand up and they look at me confused. The more I make myself busy the faster time will go and the faster I'll be on break with my family.

"See you later." I walk up the stairs and head to my room. As I was climbing up, I could feel Draco's eyes on me which made me shake my head.

I open the door to my room and am instantly suprised by Moonshadow as she jumps into my arms. I don't blink as I move my eyes from her to Row who's sitting on her bed and acting innocent. My eyes sharpen as she makes eye contact with me and starts laughing sheepeshly.

I close the door behind me and walk over to my bed, putting Moonshadow down. But as soon as I move away she jumps down and follows me which makes me look back at Row, who is now looking anywhere but at me.

"Row?" I start and she looks at me, her smile never dropping.

"What happened?" I raise an eyebrow and her smile drops instantly. Which makes me smirk a bit.

"I did nothing! I was just trying to...." and the rest of the sentance she murmurs into her sleeve. My face goes blank. You have got to be kidding me....

"Could you repeat that?" she looks down at Moonshadow, who hisses at her, and then back at me.

"Alright, I may have tried to teach her a trick-" that's all? I thought something worse happened.

"-by waking her up and taking a hold of her front and back paws." now that's a problem. She doesn't like to be touched too much as it is, except from me that is, and waking her up isn't a good idea either.

"You aren't mad, right?" I turn my attetion back to her and shrug.

"No, I'm not but you should be worried about someone else." I say looking down at Moonshadow, who hasn't moved away from me but kept her eyes on Row. She gulped and asked

"W-why?" I look back at her and give her a small smirk.

"Well lets just say that my dad was busy with work and didn't feed her, while I was out with my mum, and when we returned we found her in her cage, hissing at him, and him with his wand pointing at her, never taking his eyes off her." I sat down on the bed and Moonshadow jumped onto my lap and lied down.

"When we asked what happened his answer was that he needs to buy new suits and never to leave him alone with her again." I shrug and Row's eyes widen a bit while Moomshadow had a evil glint in her eyes. Which of course made me laugh.

It's finally Christmas! I'm all packed and ready to leave for home. All I have to do now is wait for the train to come and while I'm waiting I'm in the Great hall. Every now and then I look to the big doors to see the other students passing by and leaving and lets not forget ghosts that are singing Christmas songs with a twist in them.
