Chapter: 7

~Mecha/Laken's PoV~

I carried Lynne home and brought her to my room sneakily so no one would see her or wake her up. If they found out and woke her up, I wouldn't want to have to explain why I brought a human child into the mansion... As I shut my bedroom door behind me, I pulled back the sheets and laid her down gently and covered her up. Then I carefully made my way out the room and to Slenderman's office.

~Slenderman's PoV~

I was sitting at my desk in my office when I heard a knock upon my door. "Come in, child..." and in came Laken.
"Slenderman, I need to ask you something....." She rubbed her arm as I read her mind silently. ".....My answer is no.... I cannot allow you to keep her here. It isn't safe... There is an empty cabin in the woods though. I can allow you to keep her there. If I let her stay here, more than likely everyone else would end up bringing beings home." I saw the desperation in her eyes, she was really hoping I would allow it.
"...Yes sir, I understand... it was stupid of me to ask for a special treatment... But can Sally come and visit her? I feel like the two would get along... Lynne..... Lynne needs me... and I promised I would help her... Where is the cabin at? Is it far?" She said, her head down. "It's not far from here, Laken. It's a half of a quarter mile away from the mansion. Please bring her out as soon as you can. You may bring some of Sally's clothes for her to change into..." I opened the door with my tentacle and told her she was dismissed as she whispered a soft 'thank you' walking through the doorway as I nodded.

~Mecha/Laken's PoV~

Before I leave, I need to get a few things. Grabbing the bloody duffel bag that I use for EJ'S jars, I quickly ran into Sally's room and grabbed a pair of panties for Lynne and one of Sally's old blue nightgowns for her to sleep in. Then I went to EJ and asked for some supplies to sew up wounds and some bandages and an eye patch. (Thank Zalgo he didn't ask what for...) Lastly, I grabbed me some clothes to bring with me along with my chargers for my laptop and phone. Then I carried Lynne out the mansion and started heading towards the cabin.
TIMESKIP
I looked up at the cabin, and for being a random cabin out in the woods, it was in pretty good condition. I opened up the door and by this time Lynne had woken up. "Alright, Lynne... we're here... I'm going to set you down on the bed while I go start the bathtub so I can give you a bath. Okay?"
She sat down on the bed and I walked through the cabin, finally finding the bathroom and starting it, making sure it wasn't too cold or hot.

TIMESKIP because I don't want to write a detailed scene of Laken giving the girl a bath...

After I cleaned her, I cautiously wrapped the towel around her small bruised figure and carried her to the bed. After she was dried off, I helped her put the clean panties on and asked her to lay down. "Lynne... how long has your eye been like this?" I asked soothingly as I started to unwrap the bandage from her head. "F-for a while..." As I took off the bloody bandage, I winced at the gruesome wound. "OK, Lynne this might hurt a lot but I need you to be strong and let me clean and stitch it up. It will feel a lot better after ok?" She nodded her head as I dabbed the cloth in the cleaning solution. I wiped her eye that was covered in crusty dried blood and got the needle and stitched it up, afterwards putting the eye patch over it. At least now she can see out one eye... he eye was a bright blue and glazed over with tears as she looked up at me. "L-Lynne?" I stuttered as she wrapped her arms around my stomach. Before I knew it, I was crying as I hugged her closer to me, running my fingers through her wet hair. "Thanks you, Onee-chan..." My eyes widened as she pulled away. I gave her a patient smile and finished wrapping up her wounds. Once I finished, I put the nightgown on her and set the bloody duffel bag on the bed beside her to get my clothes out. "Is that.... blood...?!" She asked scared. "Uh..." I let out a sigh. "Yeah... listen don't get scared of me...please. I kill...people and so do my friends. I killed you parents and brought you with me." She gasped and I turned my head towards the door, ashamed. "That's soooo cool! Scary, but cool!" Lynne said as she jumped up and down. I laughed and caught her as I spun her around. I kissed her cheek and laid her down on the bed. "Lay down and I'm going to go and change then we will watch some youtube alright?" She nodded and I went and changed. I think she's going to be happy here...
