Chapter 29

      The next day we arrived at the wall, small army behind. All students at beacon, or attended were called by Ozpin to fight. Yang, Weiss and I stood at the front.

  We watched the horizon as a small dot had appeared, a large cloud of dust followed it. We locked all of the stun weapons to on, and being me I had created Crescent Rose 2.0. I pulled it of and turned it into rifle mode, pointing it at the machine holding Moneybags.

   A speaker rang over the battle field as the army stopped moving, " Resistance is futile, my army will kill all of you and move into the city. Give up while you have the chance!" We clanged our weapons in response, and the opposing side charged. "Archers, fire!," Yang yelled at those holding bows, little rods of serum rained down on the unknowing enemy. Causing them to freeze.

    Faunus ran over the non moving faunus. Using weapons to defend themselves. I looked at Weiss, worried about her. Less than a quarter were frozen, and it scared me at what might happen to her. Weiss turned to me, "I love you," she whispered. I hugged her tight, "I love you too. Be safe." She nodded kissing me briefly. I turn back to our ground team, "Archers, continue firing just be careful at who you are aimed at, as for the rest of you. Work together, protect one another if possible, protect Vale!"

  The crowd cheered, "Alright ground team Charge!" It all seemed to pass in slow motion we ran ahead of the pack of people, looking into the battle. I took in the sight of my determined sister on my left, then over at my beautiful wife for a lingering second. Then we were in the middle.
