Me And 1D? What Does That Mean?

New Friends?

(Kaya's POV)

When Nala fell back asleep I decided to pick out my outfit for today. I walked over to the dresser and pulled out some comfortable clothes. I picked out a blue and white long sleeve shirt with some jeans, a necklace, and my normal gray shoes ,(picture above). I quickly got dressed and then I picked out what Nala was going to wear. I pulled out a light green onesie with the small brown skirt that came with it. I then grabbed my brush, toothbrush, toothpaste, and makeup bag making my way to the bathroom to fix myself up. After brushing my hair and teeth I pulled my hair back into a ponytail and then started on my makeup. When I was finished I walked back into my room and took my phone and earbuds out so I could listen to music. I first chose Hinder and clicked shuffle. My music started playing and I sang along to it knowing every word. I was listening to the last song when I saw Nala start waking up. I paused the music and took the earbuds out before I started to change Nala into her outfit for today. When I finished changing her I gave her a toy that I had in my handbag and put her on the floor to let her play with it.

Nala's been playing on the floor for about an hour so I checked the time to see that it was 8:30. I put my phone away and sat on the floor with Nala then started to play with her. I was lifting Nala up in the air with her giggling when I heard a knock on my door. I carried Nala on my hip and went to open the door. When I opened the door to see the same woman from yesterday at my door.

"Breakfast is ready downstairs. Everybody else is already down there." She said and walked away.

I walked out of the room bringing Nala with me and walked downstairs after class closing the door behind me. I got to the cafeteria to see most of the seats taken but I saw a table in the back corner of the room and I headed over to it. The food I chose for breakfast was an apple, a banana, and an orange. I don't really eat a lot but I eat what I can handle. I cut off a piece of the apple and banana. I started feeding Nala the small apple and banana pieces and she seemed to be liking them so I just kept giving them to her. She's never had these but now that she has she's going to want more. I was about to feed her another piece but she pushed it away. I decided that I should start eating to so I peeled my orange and started to eat it but halfway through I didn't eat anymore and made my way to the trash so I could throw away the food. I grabbed Nala and put her on my lap facing me and started to bounce her up and down a little bit on my knees. She started smiling and giggling making me smile too. I really do love my baby sister so she can make me smile very easily. I then heard footsteps coming towards me so I looked up to see girls about my age maybe older.

"Wow I've never seen a mother so young. No wonder he left you you're too ugly don't forget the fact that you're  fat so that's another turn off. She probably got all her looks from the father." The leader said and started laughing. The other girls behind her started laughing too. I picked Nala up and put her on my hip and then went back to my room with tears streaming down my face. I heard someone coming up behind me but I ignored it and kept making my way to my room. When I got to my room I slammed the door and made my way to my bed. I put Nala in her carrier before I laid down on my bed and started crying into my pillow. I then heard someone knocking on my door.

"Who is it?" I asked picking my head up from my pillow.

"It's Bella. Can I come in?" She asked me.

"Yeah. The door's unlocked." I said wiping the mascara that ran down my face. She poked her head through the door and then opened it up to reveal her friends. There were three girls with Bella. One of them has red hair and blue eyes, one with black hair and brown eyes, and the other who looked older than all of them had blonde hair with blue tips and she has green eyes.

"I'm Bella's older sister Paige. These are her friends. The one with red hair is Jaime and the one with black hair is Jane. You must be Kaya?" Paige said holding out her hand. I shook her hand and nodded.
