Two months later
Mia

"They just never leave my sight" I sigh as Nate and Jami come over to take the twins

"Don't worry, think about it like we're taking them off your hands so you can relax, you definitely deserve it" Jami says hugging me as Nate takes Lily from Derek

"I love you" I kiss Luke's cheek and pepper kisses on his face

I take Lily and pepper kisses on her face making her giggle, I smile and hand her back to Nate. Me and Derek watch as Jami and Nate put the babies into their car seats

"Bye babies" I wave

Once they're gone me and Derek walk back inside, I look around and see all their toys laying on the floor, dirty dishes filling the sink up to the brim, I cringe and walk into the living room picking up all their toys and putting them into the toy box

"Hey babe, can you wash dishes?" I ask picking up dirty clothes that was thrown all over the floor

"Yah" he answers walking into the kitchen

I gather all the dirty clothes and bring them into the laundry room, I start a load and walk into the nursery fixing everything that was out of place, I grab my pump and walk downstairs into the kitchen

"What are you doing?" Derek asks as I attach the pump onto my nipple for some milk

"I'm getting milk that I could take to Jami for the babies, I don't want them giving the babies formula" I answer grabbing the bottle that the milk was going to go into

"That just caught me off guard" he laughs

"Sorry" I laugh taking the pump off me when the bottle is full

I ask Derek to hand me another bottle and I start the process again on the opposite nipple, many bottles later I grab a cooler and tell Derek that I'm dropping off milk. I drive to Nate's place that was thankfully close

I knock on the door waiting for someone to open the door, Jami soon opens the door and hugs me

"Hi, I'm assuming that's the milk?" She laughs

"Yah, this will really if you're lucky last them a day" I say handing her the cooler as she leads me into the kitchen

"We'll need enough for about a week" she chuckles

"I'll drop some off everyday" I nod

"Come look at them" she coos walking to the nursery as I follow

We walk in and see them in each of their cribs sleeping, I awe and quietly walk over to Lily, she has her tiny hands in fists and a little bit of her right hand is in her mouth chewing on it. I walk over to Luke and seeing him just laying there with his mouth open, I kiss his chubby cheek and then Lily's

I quietly say bye and walk out of the nursery, I say bye to Jami and Nate and make my way back home. I walk in making sure to lock the door, I see Derek watching Ancient Aliens

"Aliens" I say trying to mimic Giorgio

"Dummy" he laughs opening his arms

I laugh walking over to him, I lay down on top of him as he plays with my hair. We spend the rest of our night watching Ancient Aliens

Jami

Shit. What have I gotten myself into? I wake up at about 5:45 in the morning to the babies screaming, I wake up Nate and he groggily gets up to grab two milk bottles from the fridge

I get up and trudge over to the nursery checking to see who was screaming, I look up and see Luke screaming his little lungs out. Nate comes in with the bottles and hands them to me causing me to give them back to him

"What?" He asks with a cute confused face

"Warm them up in the microwave" I scold shaking my head

"Well damn" he laughs walking back into the kitchen

I pick up Luke and bounce him up and down trying to stop him from crying, I get up and walk over to the closet opening it and opening a drawer and grabbing a pacifier, I pop it in his mouth and he stops crying for a minute

"Here you go" Nate says handing me a bottle as he walks over to the now awake Lily

He picks her up and gives her milk, I pull the pacifier out of Luke's mouth and he screams. I try to offer him the bottle but he shakes his head and screams louder

"Trade" I say handing Luke to Nate as I grab Lily

"You're quite" I mumble lightly shaking lily back and forth as I hold the bottle for her

She whimpers as Luke screams, I shush her and she slowly closes her eyes, I take the bottle out of her mouth and burp her. She spits up a little and I grab a towel and wipe her face

"God this kid is a screamer" Nate groans successfully giving the bottle to Luke

"He's got a pair of lungs" I laugh putting Lily back into her crib

"He gets it from me" he jokes holding the bottle for Luke

"They're so cute" I mumble brushing Luke's soft hair with my fingers

"He looks like me when I was a baby" Nate says smiling his dimpled smile

"Aww" I coo pinching Luke's little nose

"I'm going to put him back" he says after he burps Luke

I nod and kiss both Lily and Luke and head back to bed, I jump on the bed and spread out like a star fish, Nate comes in and picks me up, he lays down and lays me down over his chest

I slowly fall asleep with the warmth of Nates arms, the last thing I remember is him kissing my head and mumbling 'good night, baby'

I finally changed pov's, I thought it was getting boring so I put in a little bit of Jami's pov. I'm so hungry rn, but I'm too lazy to get up
