After getting home, you decide to cheer up by going to town for shopping. While in one of your favorite boutiques, you run into the troublesome person again.
____
Handsome?! You didn't want to be handsome. Beautiful would be better, even cute would work. Handsome is a word for a guy, not you. You wanted to pull out your hair. It was so infuriating to act like a guy all the time!
Only one thing could help your mood at this point.
Going out into town.

As a girl.
Yes, it was a very good idea. You've done it a couple times before, without getting caught. And it's been a while since you've last done it. So, now was a perfect time.
You got excited thinking about it. You threw off your wig, which perfectly matches your hair color. No one knows about the wig. Not your parents, especially. A while ago they told you to cut your hair, the same hair your parents hated because it was too girly. Your sweet, shiny, brilliantly beautiful hair that was long enough to tell that you were a girl. You just couldn't get rid of it. So the solution? Wear a wig, pretending that you cut your hair to boy length.
You leaped over to your closet, and pushed all the boyish clothes to the side. Behind the shirts that were hanging up, there was a secret door that you made. Behind that door, girly clothes that you bought in secret many months ago. You grabbed a skirt and a floral patterned blouse. Just looking at the clothes made you giggle with joy. Your parents were gone, again, for a business trip. It would be next to impossible to get caught dressing like an actually girl.
"Yes!" You squealed with joy and flopped back onto your bed. After savoring those moments of content, you got up and were set to go get dressed. You slipped on your blouse, then your skirt. You tucked in the loose shirt and slid on some socks that went halfway up your calfs. You waited till you were on the front step to put on your flats.

You hummed a happy tune as you strode down the sidewalk. There was a certain hop to your step that signaled that you were very very happy. You walked by a shop window that had the most beautiful summer dress. It had a simple design, but had complex patterns. It was elegant but fun. It was perfect. You had 80 dollars on you, that should be more than enough to buy the dress with, right?
You walked into the shop with pride, and went up to a store associate. She turned around as soon as she heard you approach.
"Hello. Welcome to reigning tiger boutique. How may I help you?" The worker put on a smile.
"Yes, I want to buy the dress I saw on the mannequin up front?" You signaled to the store window. She nodded in agreement. Her eyes shone as she shared the feeling that it was an extremely cute dress.
"Alright, I was wondering when such a wonderful piece would be sold. The dress is $120."
"One twenty?! I only have 80 dollars, could you do a discount? I could work for the 40 extra dollars." You pleaded to the lady. You couldn't just walk away from that dress without feeling like you would die.
"I'm sorry Madame, but it has to be paid up front. If you wish, you could look at our other wonderful items of clothing." The lady advertised.
"But the dress is so cute." You whispered to yourself. "Thank you, but I'll be on my way." You headed to the door. The associate went back to sorting the shirts on the metal rack.
"Wait!" A voice yelled from across the shop. You stopped and turned around. "I'll buy the rest for you!" Your eyes slowly widen. Who was the person this kind to do something like that? You waited by the door as some clothes shuffled while the girl made her way to you.
Emerging from the sea of cloth was the same face you saw not even hours ago. It's her. The blonde curls and blue eyes were all too familiar.
"I love it when people are just as passionate about cute clothes as me. I'll give you the 40 dollars you need! Oh hohohoho!" She laughed as she was proud of her kindness. She eyed you up and down. Crap, what if she recognized you in your girl outfit! "And you have good fashion!" She hung an arm around your neck. "I think we're going to be great friends!" You laughed weakly at her words.
"Y-yeah. Thank you." You began to sweat nervously. You're going to have to avoid her at all costs after this.
The girl slammed the money on the checkout counter. You placed your 80 dollars next to it.
"Okay here you go." The cashier handed you a bag with the dress in it. It was nicely packaged, and even had tissue paper on the top.
"By the way!" You winced at the girls sudden loudness. "You don't seem to recognize me!" She stared into your face. You dead panned. Is she stupid?! You both continued staring at each other. "Do you even know my name?" She questioned. You thought about it. No, you actually didn't know her name. It was surprising, given that she met you earlier. Then you remembered one of her last words.
'I'll find you again, one day." You laughed to yourself. Looks like you found her first. Then you remembered you forgot to answer the question when you noticed the blonde staring at you. The girl got annoyed by your silence, and answered her own question.
"I'm Aoi Hyoudou_!" She shouted, and started doing her weird laugh when she shows off. "Oh hohoho!"
"The Aoi Hyoudou_! As in the net idol?!" The cashier marveled. You gawked at Aoi, but then dead panned again.
"Never heard of you." You said coldly. Aoi obviously got angry, but quickly controlled herself.
"Haha! I'm sure you have! You just probably forgot." She laughed but gave you a contradicting death glare. Yes, you were getting her aggravated, you were sure of it. Maybe she would leave you alone after so much.
"Nope, sorry. I haven't heard a wink about you. I'm sure I would've remembered!" You made a 'sorry' face. A tick mark appeared on her forehead and her jaw dropped to the ground. Before she could get another word in, you started speaking again. "Well thank you so much for helping me out! Hopefully we can meet again!" And with that you walked out of the shop.
Hopefully not, you both thought in unison.
