Red's POV
Right now is a few days after the encounter the injured wolf and the cub. I've been visiting the border where the wolf pup left, I don't need any more trespassers after that experience. I sprinted across my territory until I reached two large boulders jutting out from the ground. Ah, this was Taylor's favorite place to play. Too bad she's not here anymore. I don't need to tell you about her, you don't need to know! The good times. I jumped onto the taller one of the pair and scanned my territory. Let's see, snow, snow, snow, snow, snow, snow, a pile of snow dirt and grass, and snow. Nothing much to it. I went to check out the pile of snow, since it seemed out of place. I dug it up, and I saw the dead wolf from days ago body was in there, in a hole. I sniffed his body, and I smelled the dark gray pup's fresh scent. It was leading towards the direction of camp. I snarled and threw all the debris back onto the limp body, and sprinted as fast as I could to camp. When I got there, the pup wasn't to be seen, but I could hear him snoring. I ran over to my den, and saw him snoozing on my moss bed. I immediately grabbed him by the scruff, and threw him outside into the middle of the living space. He immediately snapped awake, and I tackled him before he would escape.
"Nice to see ya pup, say, how rude of me. Care to tell me your name on this fine day? Never did bother to ask you the first time we met, didn't I?" I said sarcastically, while pinning him down with my paws his shoulders.
"It's Charcoal." He said bravely and calmly, gazing into my eyes.
"Well, Charcoal. Welcome to your death." I dug my claws into his shoulders, trying to stop making him flail around.
"No, I want to join you! It not like I have anywhere to go, now that you've killed my father!"
"Fine... It's not like a little pup like you is much of a threat. And you don't smell like you could be from any of the other packs, anyways." I released my grip on him and helped him up.
"Not a threat, I'll show you!" Charcoal started attacking me with a flurry of paws, playfully.
"Hahaha, no." I gently shook him of until he hit the ground. "I'll have to teach you how to fight, runt. You attacking me was like being hit with a gentle breeze."
"I was joking!" Charcoal retorted.
"Then prove it by bringing ME some prey. I don't care how long it takes you, just get a decent catch."
"Yes sir!"
"Sir?"
"Uhh... Yes ma'am!" And with that, he ran off into the forest.-----
Welp, that's that! Charcoal and Red. I wanted to put DanTDM's Intro/Outro as the featured media thingy, but it had copyright stuff on it, so go search it up yourself. So instead, I decided to put more Sweden music on there. BYE!
