Charcoal's POV
We ran to the edge of the... road still. These human words are tripping me up.
"So, we just wait or go to a house so the humans can call animal patrol." Amelia said.
"LET'S JUST GO TO A STUPID 'HOUSE' AND LIVE THIS DOWN MS. AMELIA" Petal shouted. She ran across the road, but there was a "car" coming our way.
"PETAL! MOVE AWAY!" I shouted. She didn't listen, and I felt strange.
It was like there was lightning flowing through my muscles, and my paws were on fire, BLAZING. Without thinking, I jumped to Petal, and tackled her, hoping for the best. We rolled onto the other side, thankfully.
"Hey," I said.
"GET OFF ME!" Petal screeched, and she pushed me onto the road. Suddenly, a sharp pain sliced through my front leg. I tried to get up, but I fell down again, landing in red stuff. I groaned, and blacked out. All I saw was Petal's shocked expression...

Petal's POV
Charcoal's crippled now. Oh no. No no no no. NO! I ran around, looking for cobwebs by the houses.
"Why can't these dumb spiders spin webs," I growled. Red and Amelia crossed the street now too.
"We'll help," Amelia said.
"NO! I HURT HIM, AND NOW I'M GOING TO FIX HIM!" I shouted, and I stuffed Marigolds in my mouth.
"Please," Amelia said, dragging Charcoal off the road.
"Fine," I growled, spitting out my tiny poultice. I rubbed it onto Charcoal's wound. "Chew on this, it's gross and tastes horrible." I gave Red and Amelia some flowers, and they put it in their mouth, gagging. I looked for cobwebs yet again, and there was a spider walking on one. I swatted it away, then took some to Charcoal, whose leg was covered in Marigold. I wrapped it around his leg, then nuzzled it. I WON FORGET THIS!

Red's POV
I watched as Petal snuggled with Charcoal. So cute... Amelia stood there in confusion.
"They're a couple," I whispered to her.
"Ohh..." Amelia sighed.
Out of nowhere, there was a shrill scream, and Petal got up immediately. There was a human standing outside of their house, and they ran back inside the hole on the side of it
Soon, big humans with "shooty-thingies". One of them looked like they were laughing, and a big grey rock appeared on Amelia's shoulder.
"Trust me..." Amelia said, before she fainted. Then, the same happened to Petal, then it was my turn. As for Charcoal... I hope he'll feel fine. My world delved into nothingness.
