"No. I'm not going." I stated as I sipped cautiously on my coffee. "Come on you can't make me go alone!" Arieana said. "Yes I can." I stood up and started to walk out of the kitchen.

"Please!" She begged. "Ari you don't understand the things he has done to me! He's literally put me through hell and back then hell again! I don't want to see him." I tried to explain. "You don't have to talk to him or even go near him!" She continued.

"I'm not going and that's final." I said crossing my arms over my chest. "Look I know you hate him but-" she began but I cut her off. "I don't hate him. I just don't like him." I stated. "You have every right to hate him though." She said.

"I have every right to hate the things he's done to me." I corrected her and walked into my room.

"So is that a yes?" She asked walking in. I shook my head and fumbled through my dresser to find my work clothes. "You're so complicated!" She whined and walked away.

After a few minutes of searching I finally gave up. I ran out of my room and into Ari's.

"Do you know where my work clothes are?" I asked.

"They're in the dryer." She said not looking up from her phone. I ran into the laundry room throwing open the dryer door.

I threw around some clothes and finally found my outfit. I grabbed it out and ran into the bathroom.

I quickly changed and put my hair into a high ponytail.

I walked out of the bathroom and back to Ari's room. "I'm leaving." I told her. "I love you." She said. "I love you more." I replied. "I love you most." She stated with a smile.

I walked to the front door and put my coat on before grabbing my keys and walking out.

I got in the car and quickly drove to Tuffin. Once I arrived I got out and quickly ran in.

"Morgan. You can't keep being late." Bruce, my boss, stated.

"I'm sorry! It won't happen again!" I said. "That's what you said the last three times as well." He said raising an eyebrow.

"I'm sorry." I said. He nodded and walked away.

I hung up my coat and waited behind the counter for a customer that probably won't come. This place is always so slow.

After a few hours someone finally came in. "Hi what can I get for you?" I asked. "Just a black coffee." A man said.

"For here or to go?" I asked. "To go please." I nodded. "Can I get a name please?"

"Of course. Higgins." He said. I grabbed a to go cup and wrote down the name and filled it with black coffee. I put on the cap and handed it to him.

"That will be three dollars and fifty cents." I said. He nodded and handed me a five dollar bill. "A dollar fifty is your change." I stated handing him his change.

"Thank you." He said and I nodded. He turned and walked away.

Just one more hour and I'll be free to go home.

The last hour wasn't as slow as the first few. Every ten minutes another person would walk in.

Finally my shift was up. I grabbed my coat and put it on. "Bruce I'm leaving!" I hollered to him. "Okay! See you soon!" He replied.

Before I knew it I was in the car on my way home.

When I pulled into the drive way an unfamiliar car was there.

I got out and walked into the house, I took off my coat and hung it up.

I walked to Ari's room and she was laying on her bed doing something on her phone, just like how I left her.

"Hi." I said. She looked up and smiled. "How was work?" She asked. "Slow as always." I replied. "Was Bruce mad?" I shrugged. "Not really." She nodded.

"Why don't you go change then we can go out to eat." She said. "Okay." I got up and walked to my room. I walked in and instantly froze.

"Well I see you haven't changed much."
