*Arieana's POV*

"What are you reading?" Paul asked. "Wake the Hollow by Gaby Triana" I responded not looking up from my compelling book.

"What's it's about?" He wondered. "A girl that tries to find out why her mother died in Sleepy Hollow." I told him. He chuckled. "You're not good at giving descriptions." He stated. I nodded.

"So what made Morgan decide to come with us?" He asked with curiosity evident in his voice. I closed my book and looked at him.

"She wants to confront an old friend." I said. "Why?" He asked. "Now that's not my story to tell." I said opening my book back up and continuing to read.

*Morgans POV*

I look over at Niall to see that he was already looking at me. I quickly looked away.

"What was that about?" Niall asked. "What?" I wondered. "You looking away." He said like it was obvious.

I shrugged.

"Morgan?" Niall said. "What?" I asked getting annoyed. "Who's your dad?" He asked.

I looked at him. "Why?" I furrowed my eyebrows. "Arieana said that I was lucky you don't talk to your dad anymore. Who is he?" He stated.

"It doesn't matter." I said looking out the window.

We've been on the plane for about an hour now, we'll be landing in about fifteen minutes.

My stomach turned at the though of getting off the plane and going to see him.

I heard a ding go off beside me. I look over to see Niall checking his phone.

A smile took over his lips but quickly disappeared.

I frowned.

"What's wrong?" I asked. He looked at me. "Oh. It was from my mom. I'm just going to miss her." He stated.

I placed my hand on his and gave a quick squeeze before moving it. He smiled at me and I returned it.

The pilot said the plane was going to be landing. I buckled my belt and laid my head back on the seat.

When we landed we all quickly got off and grabbed our bags.

Id be lying if I said the airport wasn't packed. And it wasn't just random people getting on and off planes. They're mostly fans and paparazzi.

I thought I was going to be sick with all the flashes that we're going off.

"This is crazy." I said to Ari but got no response. I look over to see she wasn't there. I looked to my other side to see Niall wasn't there either. I started to panic knowing that I got lost in the crowd.

"Morgan!" I heard Niall yell. "Niall." I yelled back but I it blended in with the screams of his name from the fans.

I hesitated before calling out the one name everyone wasn't screaming. "Neil." I yelled.

Suddenly I felt a hand grab mine and pull me through the group of people.

When we got outside he looked at me with the 'are you serious' face. I gave him a small smile.

"Never call me that again." He chuckled. "No promises." I stated. He raised his eyebrow.

"Okay. We have to hurry. We'll meet the others there." Paul stated. We all nodded and got into a car.

My palms started to sweat. Ari looked at me and gave a reassuring smile. "It'll be okay." She mouthed. I nodded.

I looked at Niall and smiled.

After a few minutes we arrived at a recording studio. We all piled out and walked in.

Inside the boys were sitting on a couch having a conversation. Niall walked over and sat next to Liam joining in like he was there for the whole thing.

"Alright boys Mr. Cowell is waiting." A lady said motioning them to follow.

They all got up and walked with the lady, Ari and I followed closely behind.

"Boys." Simon said. "Simon." They all said in unison.

He turned around and looked at Ari and I. "You must be Arieana." He said to Ari.

She nodded with a smile. He walked over to her. "It's nice to meet you." He said shaking her hand.

"And you are?" He looked at me raising an eyebrow. "Wouldn't you like to know." I snapped. He raised an eyebrow.

"Morgan Dart." I said. I look of sorrow crossed his face. "Can you guys step out for a minute?" He asked. They all nodded and walked out.

"What are you doing here?" He asked. "What do you think." I stated.

"I'm sorry." He told me. "Save it. I don't want your apologies. I'm not here to make up. I'm here for answers, why did you leave?" I asked.

"Your mom and I were having issues." He said. "Then you try to work it out or get a divorce. But instead you left. In the middle of the night. You didn't even say goodbye." I tried to hold back my tears.

"Every birthday. Every Christmas. Every laugh. Every tear. Every break up. Every fight. You missed everything for twelve years!" I told him as the tears fell.

"I'm sorry." He whispered. "NO YOU'RE NOT!" I yelled.

"You have no idea what it was like to have to tell your friends that your dad left whenever they would ask about you." I said. "You don't know what it's like not to have a dad." I told him.

"I'm right here Morgan." He stated. "No. You're not my dad. You're nothing to me. And that's all you ever will be." I said opening the door and walking out.
