he had started hanging out with his friends again. they didn't think it was weird. they just thought he had been busy those past weeks.
he still felt left out. he didn't know where he belonged anymore. he didn't belong with his friends, he didn't belong with his family, he couldn't belong with her. he felt lonelier than ever.
meanwhile, she had been spending more time with him. she still didn't know why he had left her but she was starting to forget him.
he was starting to forget her too. or at least he was trying to. he repeated to himself that he didn't like her and that he had never liked her. but the heartbreak he was feeling for not being able to see her anymore was convincing him of something different.
