she was crying when she came inside the coffee shop. she looked around as if she already knew he was there waiting for her. when she spotted him, she ran towards the boy and without even thinking twice, he wrapped his arms around her petite body. they stayed like that for a while and he rubbed her back slowly while she cried on his shoulder.
there weren't many people around but some looked at them as if they had never seen two people hugging before. he didn't care. he just wanted to comfort her, that was his main priority.
standing there with his arms around her made him realize that he needed someone and that someone was her.
and he was okay with that.
