Ryan's POV

Kai rolled his eyes at me, smiling and looked at his watch.

I watched his eyes widen.

"Shit I have to be at a meeting..... A meeting for a new job in a few minutes! Shit!!"
He shouted as I slid off of his lap and he scrambled off of the couch, and dashed up the stairs, then down the stairs a few moments later in new jeans, a white shirts and a tie.

I frowned, biting my lip.

'He could have kissed me....'

I thought as he tossed me a cereal bar, and I caught it in my hand.

He ran over to me and pecked my cheek kind of hastily, and ran out the door.

I gritted my teeth and winced, bringing my knees up to my chest and wrapping my arms around them.

I pouted.

"He could have kissed me.... Said a few sweet words.... He could have made that peck less hastier..... He could have stayed longer....."

I mumbled to myself.

"After all... yesterday he said I was all his.... He could treat me a little better......"

I tore open the cereal bar wrapper and started munching on the cereal bar.

~After Kai's first meeting.....~

I was sitting cross legged on the couch, leaning toward the TV intently.

My game control was in my hands, as I pressed the buttons hastily and harshly.

I licked my lips, playing a multiplayer combat game in CSGo.

I was so into my game that I didn't hear the front door open and close, footsteps coming toward me.

I grinned, attacking the other player with all of my strongest guns.

I heard a voice beside me.

"Hey, Ryan."

I looked over to see Kai standing next to the couch I was sitting on with a smile on his face.

I looked away, concentrating on my game, not saying anything to Kai.

I could tell Kai was frowning a bit, staring at me.

I was so close to winning when the other player shot at me with a machine gun, making me lose.

I bit my lip as the game control slid from my hands, and I slid off the couch, standing up.

"...Ryan...."

Kai said, his voice hesitant.

I looked at him, walking over to him, stopping right in front of him.

"Why didn't you kiss me?"

I asked.

His eyes widened.

"I was in a hurry and....."

My eyes narrowed, and I stared at him.

"You could have kissed me! It doesn't have to be so long... just a loving kiss ON THE LIPS would have been NICE."

I said harshly.

Kai's eyes were wide.

"Ryan... I'm sorry.... I just really was-"

"You could have said something sweet too! Like, "I'll miss ya." or something! You left without saying anything to me!"

I shouted, reaching up and snatching his collar.
