Omg! I am so sorry for taking so long to update, I promise that I was doing important things, I just haven't had anytime, this one might have several much many errors in it, because I rushed to finish it, I'm also working on another book, it's a different style than what I normally do, so you should check it out (it'll be out soon) (it's called "the Cinderella Killer") Chloë Grace Mortez as Kennedy. So this is what I do in the car now. Writing books. I don't really have much to say, except thank you all for reading. Love you!

P.S. I'm putting that at the beginning of each chapter because I'm weird. :)
Chapter 7
Melody POV
I woke up resting my head on Reed's shoulder. I jumped over a seat. "How long have I been sleeping?"
He looked down at his wrist. "About two hours now." He wasn't wearing a watch.
"Are you serious?"
"Yeah."
"And you didn't move?"
"I didn't want to wake you up."
"Really?"
"Yeah, you were quiet, for once." This boy. One minute he's all sweet, then the next he's an idiot.
"Hey!" I rolled my eyes. "Did you finish your math homework?"
"We had math homework?"
"If you listened in class, you would know that we had to do the chapter review."
"How long is it?"
"Forty-five questions."
"So you're saying that I wouldn't have time to do it five minutes before the bell starts."
"No, you can't."
"I could write random numbers."
"Now how is that supposed to help you?"
"It's not."
"You're gonna fail the test, aren't you?"
"Probably. I don't know how to calculate the volume of a sphere. Or a cone. Or a cylinder."
"You're really screwed aren't you?" I said while laughing.
"Not quite, I know a math genius."
"They better be good if you're this far behind." I was still laughing, we've been working on this for three weeks.
"She's really good."
"A she? Who is it?"
"It's you."
"No. I couldn't even begin to teach you everything in one afternoon, it took me forever to get it!"
"Yes, but now you do so you can teach me." I scowled at him.
"You could ask Kennedy, she has an A in math."
"Sure, but when she tries to explain, she starts mumbling and moves to fast to understand."
"Okay, one second, let me write up a quick thing." I grabbed a sticky note and wrote down the formulas. I turn around to hand it to Reed and he's slowly leaning in towards me. I try to step back, but there's a table there. He keeps getting closer and my breath hitches. "W-what are you d-doing?"
He pauses for a second then responds "Grabbing the math book."
I suddenly felt really stupid. "Okay." What did I think he was gonna do? I handed him the note and he left. What is wrong with me?

I am so sorry for the long wait, and that this is a short chapter, I just could not find inspiration for this chapter. I promise that I'll post way more often, and if I don't, message me and complain. Bye!
