The arrival

This honestly had to be the worst morning of Luke's life. It was the morning where he'd leave his lavish life style to work on a dirty stinky farm. He wasn't ready. Nothing in life could ever prepare him for this.

He'd won't be served breakfast in bed anymore. He won't have maids and butlers to clean up his mess and worst of all he wouldn't be able to shop at the mall because he was pretty sure Texas didn't have a mall.

All it had was dirt and sand.

He's been to America plenty of times before but to important places like New York and California. Places that actually had something to offer. Words couldn't describe how upset he was as he thought about it. He just really wished his parents gave him a second chance but they fucking suck so he knew that would never happen.

Right now he was on the plane to Texas and his dad made him fly coach while his parents flew in first class. His punishment was obviously starting early.

It fucking sucked in coach and the people smelled not to mention the older bald guy next to him kept trying to make conversation with him. Luke honestly wanted to kill himself. Do airplane windows even open he thought.

"... And that's basically how I learned to play the cello. But I've got to say the harmonica is pretty cool too." The bald guy said as he looked over in Luke's direction.

"Yeah great." The blonde said sarcastically while rolling his eyes.

"Um I know this is weird and all and I've just met you b-but you're extremely gorgeous." The guy said nervously playing with his fingers. Luke immediately looked over to the guy with a confused expression on his face.

"I um I'm sorry if that w-was awkward. You're probably not even gay but I just had to g-get it off of my c-chest." The man said as he stuttered over ever other word. He had told Luke his name earlier but it wasn't like Luke cared. This guy was a nobody.

"Um no it's fine thank you." Luke managed to say while mustering up the fakest smile he could. The guy blushed and looked back down at his laptop. Luke silently thanked God that he had shut up cause if he didn't he would have lost his mind. He turned his head back over to the window and stared out of it.

This was actually peaceful. He wasn't stressed and he didn't have to worry about about the future or that past he was focused on this moment here and now. His thoughts were interrupted when his phone started vibrating. He quickly took it out his pocket and smiled down at the name.

FaceTime from C-Dizzle

He quickly picked up the call and smiled when he saw the kiwi boy's face poped up on the screen.

"Hey blondie." Caulk smiled while shoving a fry into his mouth. Luke smiled down at the phone endearingly.

"I miss you so much Cal you don't even understand." Luke sighed with a pout forming on his lips. The last time Luke had actually spoken to Calum was at the airport. And Luke would never admit it but he was overly attached to the boy. Without Calum, Luke would be nothing.

"Don't worry you'll be home in a couple of months and we can hang out just like old times." The kiwi boy promised.

"I hope so all I know is that this is going to be possibly one of the worst summers that I ever experienced in my life." Luke sighed and bit his lip. He was so sure of it and nothing can't change his mind.

"Nah white boy you have to wait and see you never know what could happen." Calum said. Luke hated the fact that he was always so optimistic.
